At check-in, we found a rather sour receptionist that complained that I hadn't indicated that we were traveling with a dog. Which I indeed forgot. But that got repeated about 4 times. Afterwards when we moved to the apartment, she told us we were not allowed to touch anything in seating area nor use the garden. Didn't give a very warm feeling. Most likely this was minor and incidental, for the rest we had a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were all polite, kind and welcoming as were our fellow travellers at the hotel. The hotel itself is small charming with a typically French ambiance. We loved the pretty surroundings, the breakfast and the comfortable rooms with little courtyard gardens. Saint Remy is the most delightful little town where we ate dinner most evenings and enjoyed the local wines. I would definitely return.

For the overall cost of the stay breakfast could have been cheaper - overall it felt like we paid a lot of money for a lovely but basic level of service You could hear other guests on both sides of the walls - as reception closes at 7:30pm if you did have a noise issue it’s up to you to bring ear plugs or politely tackle yourself! The pool generally was super quiet and really relaxing but one day a huge extended family took it over. Again sort of up to the guests to deal with it as the pool is not staffed. Even though there is guidance not everyone listens!

Breakfast was fantastic but it was on the expensive side at €15 for paying hotel guests (the cost adds up over 7 days on top of the room as we were travelling as a couple) so we only ate a few times Bed SUPER comfy and air conditioning was a blessing Very quiet location and easy walk to town

The property is conveniently located a mere 15 minutes walking from the town’s centre. The rooms are small, a little outdated but clean and provide with everything one needs.

Great hotel on outskirts of St-Remy-de-Provence. Easy to find and just a short walk into the town centre. Friendly staff, nice room and secure parking.

-very small bathroom and wc -few sockets in room, had to bend down to charge phone. -parking options were few, got full quickly -pool was nice and warm, but was full -walls were thin, you were able to hear other people in their room

The pool area is great and very relaxing. The hotel offers service for drinks and food all day and has a very relaxing atmosphere.

It was such a nice stay! We really enjoyed the location (very close to Saint-Remy), the property and all the facilities (the swimming pool area is very nice). Also, the bedroom was comfortable with a beautiful wallpaper, it was very well decorated!

Good but expensive breakfast.We had 2 dogs who were charged 18 euros each per day and the first day the room was not cleaned or hoovered.Good location and nice swimming pool.
