We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room was a little small. Also to carry all the luggage up to the top and reverse without elevator for a person with disabilities , it was not easy. I will ask in the future to have a room at the main floor.
The person that work in the main lobby is amazing. She took care of everything: to guide people, to prepared and arranged the breakfast, to clean up the tables after the tourists served the breakfast. She talked so friendly and gave lots of the details to customer questions. You must be very proud having her there. Because of her, we may come again to your hotel.

IrelandThe hairdryer in my friends room was not working, didn't bother telling reception cos there's no one there when we look for them. Also, we only stayed 2 nights.
We arrived early before check-in due to our flight being early. We waited for a bit while our rooms were being cleaned, and then we were allowed to check in earlier than allocated time. There is a restaurant beside the hotel.

United KingdomBreakfast was too early. I drove until late so I needed to sleep in the morning. At 9 am there wasn’t even coffee. The buffet was out until 9.30 at least but they told me it was closed. There is nothing around for coffee so I had to get on the road on an empty stomach and no coffee.
Very close to the motorway if you are travelling it’s a good option. Also supermarkets and cheap petrol around. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and clean.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. Easily accessible by car and easy drive to the airport. Good quality breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The receptionists were helpful and very friendly.

The location is suitable if you need to sleep before the flight. The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed, sheets& pillows very confortable. Pretty well phonic isolated. The parking are is provided with electric car chargers, at cost. The lady at the reception was very nice and dedicated. I had no breakfast, but I saw that it was a good one, with plenty of food& drinks.
