Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KuwaitThis hotel does not really know what customer service is.. We tried contacting them multiple times through booking to ask them a question but they don't respond. We even sent an email to the official email address on the website and they didn't respond. We then called them multiple times until someone eventually answered but they weren't very helpful. If you don't have the capacity and staff to answer requests then you should not be on booking.com...
Location wise, its great. Close to the fair (Maison et Objet).

I like the location of the hotel as it is close to the office and the RER. There were no bedbugs

United KingdomThere were at least 12 squashed dead mosquitoes all over the walls and ceiling in the bedroom and the bathroom from previous guests. It was disgusting that the cleaners did not clean this mess up. Perhaps providing mosquito repellent would be helpful.

United KingdomThe Rooms were a lot smaller than they look on the images, for two people sharing a Twin room it was extremely compact, enough for one quick stop over for Business purposes. The Brasserie Restaurant was ok but slightly overpriced for the quality and service
The Hotel was in an excellent location for the Paris Exhibition Centre just a five minute walk. The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a small boutique bar and a reasonable size Brasserie Restaurant

SwitzerlandNo shops, pubs, newstands in neighbourhood. Very little activities around but we stayed there for professional reasons RER from Paris (Gare du Nord) can be a bit scary at night
Being a professional stay, the location next to the Palais des Expositions was perfect (3 minutes' walk and close to RER staton). The staff was efficient (change of hair dryer and additional towels). The evening menu was short but always tasty although prices are higher than the ones in neighbourhood.
