No coffee, tea, water in the room.

Perfect stop over on drive from Spain to London. Staff were very friendly, upgraded our room to a connecting room as we have kids, and helped us book a table at a local restaurant even though it was finishing lunch service. Nice little swimming pool which went down well with the kids.

There was a strange smell of humidity in one of the 2 rooms. Moquette in toliet, not very hygienic. Soap dispenser in shower not filled up.

The hotel is very new and well-kept. It’s very convenient if you have a car, because of its location (outskirts of Tours) with a big private parking lot. They offered 2 connected double rooms instead of a quadruple room, which was even better (2 toliets). Furniture was very new and pretty, the shower was particularly nice.

It was modern, bright & clean with a contemporary colour scheme. The staff were welcoming & efficient with excellent spoken english language. Parking was easy & the room was well equipped with a kitchenette for self catering if preferred. Dogs welcome

We arrived late, and could not get any food available at the hotel. The area is very secluded with no food outlets nearby, which leaves guests stuck with no options

Moquette that looks like parquet, even in the bathroom. This is not very hygienic. Bad smell in corridors.

Convenient location for stop on road trip but also to visit the region, easy booking/checkin, decent room for the price, cleanliness ok, nice staff, pet friendly, good parking.

The shower with a glass door doesn’t have a door to separate it from the bedroom. Room with twin beds. Maybe ok for a couple but otherwise a bit awkward. If you want good coffee it’s worth getting from the bar rather from the machine in the breakfast area.

Very comfy beds, very clean, nice fluffy towels, good breakfast. The hotel contacted us earlier that day to ensure we all had rooms on the same floor.

Please be aware when loading an Electrical car. You are not charged for the electricity you use, but by the hours your car is connected to the device! For 2,47 KwH we paid 48,55€!!!

WE were traveling from Dordogne to Normandy and opted to stop along the way. Kyriad Tours Sud Ballan Mire was the perfect stop over. easy to reach from our travel route. The staff recommended a nearby restaurant that was delicious and within walking distance. the rooms were clean, bright and comfortable with a self-serve buffet breakfast in the morning.

It’s lovely and clean, quiet and the staff were fantastic and friendly We had such a great nights sleep. Even though there is no restaurant for dinner we did order a charcuterie which was just what we felt like.

Great hotel to spend a night in with family. we booked a family room and had two interconnecting rooms which was great. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The beds were comfy and black out curtains were excelled to block the sunlight. Car parking included spaces to charge EVs

The coffee was not great, but it's from a machine, so not to be done there.

The breakfast had plentiful options, and was self-serve (buffet style), so quantity was no issue either. Everything seemed fresh, and there were both salty (various hams, cheeses) and sweet options (pain au chocolat, croissant, jams, bread, cereal and yogurt).
