We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumI can't say that I didn't like it, but the bed was quite hard... what's difficult to sleep on it when not used to sleep on an hard bed. Lot of traffic in the street, so that it wasn't possible to sleep with open window... too noisy :-(
The room was what is expected in one 3-stars hotel, not super de luxe but quite OK Nice swimming pool and, thanks to the lady that started the sauna and hammam a little bit sooner, we were able to use both :-)

United KingdomI only downgraded this slightly because it is a little out of town but the staff can arrange taxis and a bus service to centre and bus to centre is only around the corner (about ten minutes walk)
It is a wonderful with a fabulous indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. The staff are fantastic...so cheerful and helpful.

United KingdomThe only negative was the check-in, where there was a requirement of a bank card to secure a €100 euro charge to cover any damage or theft! This wasn’t explained to me until I asked for the reason. 3-days later and this amount is still shown as pending in my bank account. It is necessary to use your car to travel into the centre, as it is a (non-picturesque) 40 minute walk away.
The availability of free and ample car-parking (as we were on a touring holiday) was appreciated. The pool, sauna and steam room were of a high standard, as is the hotel itself. The quality and variety of the breakfast was excellent. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

The swimming pool and sauna were exceptional. The rooms were very well maintained. Good location if you have a car due to the free parking.

JerseyThe meagre food offerings in the evening were a bit underwhelming and the wine was pricey.
Less than 10 minutes from the ferry port but with parking. The facilities - pool, jacuzzi and sauna etc were a real bonus. Had to leave too early for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were all good. The staff were very helpful. All in all, rather better than we'd expected.
