We booked a room with a filter on a bath tub, on arrival it wasn’t included. After talking to the reception we got a new room with a bad, according to the receptionist we had to write that in a message whilst booking..?

Lovely hotel. Super comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. The only small criticism is that our balcony looked over a flat roof, other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel as a good stop over for the south of France.

Restaurant was not open, on a Thursday night, because the chef was off. The bar tender offered us a pizza, but we chose to go out to eat.

Breakfast was so so, there wasn’t much and the staff didn’t fill up on the trays.

It was very clean, nice newer rooms. Free easy parking in the basement. Aircondition didn’t make much noise.

I thought that the beds were too stiff whereas my 14 year old son thought they were fine.

The whole property was clean, organized and the staff was friendly. The food was good and I really appreciated that the hotel is dog friendly!

The hotel is far from supermarket and restaurant. You'll have to ride a 15 min bus + 11 min walk from a closest bus station. Not recommended for a lone traveler who have limited physical ability. The hotel is also about 30+ mins away from the center of Lyon. Probably you can travel better if you rent a car. They could've include a convenience store instead of having a salon shop.

Excellent location where it is located in quiet and greenery surrounding. You can enjoy a great walk in the forest and green fields. The breakfast is the highlight of the hotel. The room and the decoration are also great and the pictures attached explain it all. The staff are friendly and open for help despite of limited English.

Location was in an industrial area which we hadn't anticipated, but as an overnight stay it was absolutely satisfactory and the facilities offered more than compensated for the rather bizarre location.

Very friendly reception staff - large comfortable room, excellent restaurant with hot and cold buffet in the evening and extensive hot buffet breakfast. Great facilities - pool etc a really comfortable resort hotel.

Being very picky, not though shower gel for two people.

Everything smelt new. Bed and pillows so very comfy and not too soft, good tv, balcony with table and chairs, spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there, reception staff lovely and welcoming.

Very Nice Hotel, the staff were very welcoming and the twin room we booked was nice. The location is great for the Motorway and there was plenty of free parking spaces in the underground car park for us arriving after 10pm at night and with us bringing two cars.

We want to decide ourselves whether we need airconditioning and not need the hotel to decide it for us. We didn't sleep due to the heat. I don't think thats the intention.

The hotel was nice. Ideal to park the car in the parking garage under the hotel. Airconditioning in the room did not work. At the reception they told us that it was not yet warm enough outside for them to activate it in the rooms. We found it very warm in the room and could not activate the airconditioning because they had turned it off. That was really a downside for us. Very nice room, lovely shower, lovely bed, but didn't sleep well due to the heat.

We arrived 21.45 and there was nothing to eat, maybe some food machine would be great, still McDonalds was just 3 mins by car.

New, big free parking, not in the city center, convenient to stay overnight on the way.
