We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast is mediocre, given it’s at an additional charge. Hotel really hard to find. Worse as main access road closed and surrounding streets are for buses and taxis only. When we eventually found it (by ignoring traffic restrictions) the receptionist explained how to get there (if we took our motorcycles out again). Would have been really useful to be told of the road closure and alternative access route via Booking.com message in advance of arrival.
Decent location for access to town centre and local amenities. Private secure parking. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Great nights sleep.

United KingdomThe location is a little way out from the Harbour but it is only a 15 minute walk there but we knew this when we booked our stay so no problem.
Hotel was fresh and modern and the room was comfortable and clean. The walk in shower was excellent and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining area well laid out. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Parking was secure and right outside the hotel entrance. We would use this hotel again.

The cleanliness of the hotel from the minute you walk in. The bedroom was spotless. Very large and comfortable bed with lovely crisp linen. The bedroom very contemporary art. Lovely big TV which we didn't use. Kettle with a few sachets of coffee. Location a 15 minutes walk to the port. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

BelgiumThere were construction works on the street, very close to the hotel, and it was difficult to find our way when we arrived. Going by foot to the old center is fine, but quite a walk, passing through an area which is a bit empty (don't know if ok during late hours).
The staff at the reception was very nice. The room was large, clean, and it had a nice bathroom. The breakfast was good. We could park the car in the hotel parking, which was useful, as we left the luggage in the car.
