Room cleaning was a bit slap dash and done very late in the day. Not very nice to come back at lunchtime to an unmade bed etc.

It can be noisy if u are a light sleeper -it is right by the main street. The individual utensils use for breakfast quite annoying. You don’t even have this in a 5*hotel. Give them a good wash before putting them there, people only use the handle. But , whatever, the rules came after certain experiences, I am sure.

Very close to the sea. Nice & welcoming staff( reception & cleaning). clean even though a bit outdated here & there (a few chips at the corners) Good & enough breakfast. We didn’t expect more than pastries & coffee ->so eggs& cheese selection were a plus Pet friendly (huge plus for us). Free public parking if front of the hotel ( until June 1st)

The breakfast had little choices we had to boil our own eggs, only one bread choice. The staff was good but had only one worker to serve all the breakfast people. The front counter staff were helpful. It is a convenient location for beach goers, but not for site seeing. If you have difficulty walking, be prepared to take Taxis.

The beach was near but the main areas were 20/25 mins away. The bus was hit and miss, never on time or did not show. We had to order a Taxi one evening as the bus never showed. The hotel is a converted motel where we had to go up stairs to the 2nd floor then use more stairs to go down to our room. Very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Josse. It was very close to the beach and only about a 2 minute walk to the Main Street of Antibes. I would definitely stay at Hotel Josse again.

The temperature in the shower was hard to regulate and could run very hot or cold with no warning. Also water pressure wasn’t great. Also nowhere to hang clothes.

We didn't like the separate loo with no washbasin. Would have appreciated something savoury at breakfast, such as cheese. Rather a lot of traffic noise in sea-facing rooms.

Good location, with a lovely walk along the promenade in either direction. Lovely light-filled room. Friendly, helpful staff. Varied breakfast.

I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Perfect location in Antibe for the beach, old town in short walking distance. The rooms are excellent the cleanliness is of a high standard. I will definitely return.

Light, clean, beautifully furnished, very comfortable huge beds and great location. Easy walk to the old town. Staff were incredibly friendly and spoke great English. A gift of champagne and a lovely note were waiting in the room as we’d advised it was our honeymoon. Loved everything about it.

The shower head needs a redo! It is a hand shower with a rather small head, which was a let down in comparison to a spacious, well designed bathroom.

I loved the sizes of the rooms and how well equipped they were with basic amenities (fridge, safe, tea, coffee, biscuits), etc. I especially enjoyed the apples on the reception desk of the hotel, that are a welcome change to sweets and toffees.

The sound proofing between rooms could have been better. Also I don't think that the floor in the rooms has been frequently cleaned.

The hotel is simply excellent. It is located just few meters from the seaside and you have a beautiful view from the rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean, also the balcony with a view is perfect.
