Great building, well designed, unpretentious. Staff were terrific. It was not possible to buy tickets at the Metro due to Olympics. Taxis were impossible. Chiara, one of the staff, walked me to the metro and used her personal app to get me on the tube. The best service I've ever received in a 5* hotel. Food was excellent too.

Our only complaint was that our room was a little warm, and we were unable to make it cooler.

This property was lovely! By far, the best thing about it was the staff, who were so wonderful! They did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant!

We have stayed at the JK on multiple occasions and it never disappoints. The staff members are willing to assist in all ways to make your stay in Paris unforgettable. Each morning at breakfast our beautiful hostess remembered our favorite items and acknowledged us as return visitors. The hotel feels like a posh, private apartment and we always look forward to our return.

The room was very small - no chair or surface to put a laptop or iPad is challenging in today’s environment - but the hotel is understated and chic - a pleasure to be in.

The staff - nothing was too much trouble - everyone was so charming in an unobsequious way. Room was small but everything worked - as a woman I especially appreciated the small touches like a practical bathroom and dyson hairdryer.

The music and sound quality at the restaurant could be better.

It was my first time at this hotel in Paris, but I have been in their Capri and Rome branches. All of them are amazing, starting with Michele Bonan fine decor, the rooms and ambiance is very cozy, all super clean and nice. The food was super good, although they told us that for the moment, they have only the bar menu. We had dinner at the restaurant which is beautifully decorated. I can't wait to come again and experience dinner there. The pool was fantastic, very rare to find in Paris. It was a real oasis in this super-hot Paris summer.

On arrival I wished to change my room for one with a table and chair, and a bit more space as we were staying for 7 days. I was told this was not possible as rooms had already been allocated. 'Really' How disappointing. This inaction tarnished our stay. It seems there was a lot of focus on Fashion Week only. We travelled internationally. It is an expensive hotel, we will not return.

I had been looking forward to staying, due to Michele Bonan's interior design. The guest areas are impeccable. Beautifully executed in his signature style.
