Small hotel has 4 floor without elevator will be good for backpacker not for a not so young at heart people. Staff speak very little English and not so friendly location is convenient.

Hotel location was good, across the road from the main Nice Railway Station and Tourist Office. Easy to get around with trams and buses, very busy, lively with shops, restaurants, mixture of eating venues, The room was very pleasant overlooking main station square. Comfortable, and clean. Lots of tourist attractions within walking distance, such as Notre Dame Cathedral, about 10 minutes from Railway Station

Black hallways, poor paint job throughout the hotel. No elevator.

A decent affordable hotel in a decent location. Anything better would have cost much more and we did not spend much time in the hotel, so everything worked out fine.

We booked family room for last minute 5 of us ,no wardrobe no shelves nothing for the clothes,the air conditioning is not working, to noise out you have to sleep with open windows,this hotel is too old 😴 no fridge in the room .they have just one key ,and you have to leave in hotel .

Nothing,no elevator ,staff was ok ,clenar come every day and clean.

The young, male receptionist was incredibly rude. Without any reason, he started yelling and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I expect better treatment from your staff and hope this issue will be addressed promptly.

It could be cleaner. Sink, shower and floor were not cleaned while we were there, and floor was not 100% clean on arrival. A power cut one morning meant no shower. No information on the room.

The only thing that did not work was that I wrote the hotel just after booking to ask for a room without access by stairs or with elevator as my mother of 85 years has big problems to use stairs. I got an answer that there was no problem. When we arrived at 11 pm we got a room on 2nd floor without elevator! We where offered an other room on the ground floor but that room was not at all with same standard, maybe not even for guests (staff?). So we chose the room on 2nd floor and had to help my mother up and down the stairs every time. The breakfast is really French, white bread with marmelade, juice, coffe or thé. Charming but we would prefered at least an egg or a couple of slices of cheese.

We liked the location just in front of the central station. And a nice little balcony was an extra bonus. Nice and charming room for us 4 family members.

considering the number of comments about bad internet, the problem could be solved. It's not a big investment these days.Really bad internet, it is not satisfactory for a person who needs a good connection for online work. Breakfast was poor and always only croissants.

An additional towel would've been nice, and the bedsheets looked clean but still had some lint on them.

Cozy and simple room. A bit small but perfect for short stays. Being able to return to the room in the middle of the night and leave very early in the morning was very convenient.
