Just small room size

Location was excellent for the Versailles Palace which was the main reason for the visit. Room a bit small but clean and had all facilities needed. Very quiet, friendly helpful staff.

Room was far too small, and on the same level as adjacent offices and so had office staff stood quite literally outside our window on their phones, Not private at all.

The room is small, which is normal for an Ibis. Main issue is that the bed was quite uncomfortable.

The location is great, which could explain the high price. The breakfast is quite good and the lobby is nice.

Very good location, friendly staff who were helpful and were able to understand my English and french attempts. I also liked the breakfast and the bed was very comfy. I felt like my room was taken care of well.

Very well located for Palace. Acceptable room given price range, directly across the road from Versailles central station with a variety of nice restaurants nearby in the south end of the town.

I found the room a little awkward for two people, but we made out fine. There were no hand towels or a toilet brush in the bathroom. Also an English channel on the tele would have been nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We could not ask for a better location. I found the towels a little skimpy and the shower stall difficult to enter.

Not necesarrly on this case but the information about parking payment should be more visible. As there is a city tax to be paid and parking(18€)

Across the road from Versailles chateau and train station to go to Paris. Very convenient location.

Location is superb! Easy check-in and out (in English! ;) Though our room and bathroom were not big, both were very good planned/arranged, so we felt comfortable enough. Comfortable bed, good shower. Our room was nicely quiet (on a fully booked summer Saturday night) - I don't know if it was luck or this hotel has in general good sound isolation. We enjoyed our breakfast very much.

There was no tea or coffee in the rooms. The wifi - was not secured (Free). As mentioned - a little difficult to find and the car park was not obvious. - Lastly - not much of a problem - but decoration - painting was going on.

Obviously the location - Although a bit difficult to find and then getting to the car park - The staff were friendly and helpful - the breakfast was good and the times were good. The rooms were quiet and comfortable , basic , but adequate, and clean.

The bathroom was as small as the ones in a ferry cabin. The best use was made of the small space, but… it is definitely cramped to use the toilet.

The air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room down to where we were hoping (18\19) was very hot to sleep. My husband tried to get more pillows for his back. They said they would call our room, they didn't. The room was *so* tiny, we had to plan how to get in and out. Our towels never seemed to dry overnight on the racks provided which implies there isn't enough airflow in the room.

The breakfast was very good and a reasonable price. I wish there were more normal table height seats. Many bar stools options which were hard to get in and out of.

My room turned out to be rather like a monk's cell with no closet space to hang my clothes. No iron to press clothes either. I was not informed if I could request these things or not.

Staff was wonderful. Good water pressure and hot water on demand.
