The only thing I can think of and it’s really not a problem as such is we are both vegans and we struggled a little with the menu we do like burgers but not all the time whilst out , a few small change to some items on your menu could make vegans a little more inclusive

The only thing that would have been good would have been spare pillows in the room, however I am sure if we had asked then additional.pillows would have been provided.

Breakfast was a bit sparse as compared to other ibis hotels. The entrance to the hotel parking is also a bit difficult to find.

Breakfast is the slightly weaker thing BUT ONLY if you like scrambled eggs and e.g. bacon or sausages. Their breakfasts are great and full of sweet stuff, cakes, croissants, and pancakes. From the non-sweet things, there is only 1 type of salami, no scrambled eggs but a machine to make hard-boiled eggs. However, I have left my style and went for sweet brekkie and enjoyed it. So don't plan to diet. :-)

Great location in walking distance from Valence TGV station. It is a very new hotel with great staff, clean, well-equipped rooms, and amazing views. I missed "meaty breakfast" but try local cake, it is good. Fresh orange juice made from cold oranges was fantastic, coffee machine, teas, water, normal and alternative kinds of milk and small set of cheeses.

The furnishings are very simple. A table and chairs in the family room would have been nice and we would have liked a little fridge.

The bar and restaurant are awful. There was no one serving in the bar and when someone arrived there was no gin for the necessary G and T after a long drive. The food when it came was inedible it was so overcooked. Even a salad was covered in rock hard strips of bacon.

It’s in a very convenient spot for the motorway. The staff were very helpful and honest. I left my IPad on the roof of my car and it was handed in to reception.

Everything was good

We would always use this hotel as a TGV stopover. Everything is well designed, and there is a restaurant and bar open long hours, and the buffet breakfast is excellent, something for everyone. There is a complimentary tea and coffee take away service in the foyer, rather than in the room . We were so happy we changed our booking from another hotel that said 'TGV'. Really close to the station. Good size room.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner and clean room. Hotel was just a few 100 mtrs from the train station Valence T.G.V.

The bed was small and the mattress very hot. There was nowhere comfortable to sit, either in the room or in the bar, just hard chairs. The vegetarian items on the restaurant menu for dinner were boring and we had to order out as the hotel (and the train station) is so far out of town. The room was a high price for what you got.

It was good enough for a quick stopover between trains and it was close to the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than usual for this kind of hotel.

They were short on staff at the restaurant at night and the girl there had too much as restaurant was full.

Room was very big and clean. Bed very comfortable. Very located for travelling by car as very near the highway but still very quite, not a noise from TGV or highway. Also very close to TGV station. Lots of parking places available. We could also have dinner at the place, which was really welcome after a long journey. Very helpful staff

on the first night the restaurant’s staff were a bit picky, not willing to give us a table although it was 9pm, an hour before closing. In the end they conceded. The restaurant menu could also be improved.
