We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHotel specifically- room was way too dark to easily “repack” suitcases- which is needed prior to a flight home (separating fluids out, items for plane cabin,etc.). Consider repacking in your previous lodging. Messages from hotel forwarded by Booking began in French, followed by English. Since this is apparently one of two Ibis hotels, one message was a warning not to confuse the two but the print on the messages was EXTREMELY small & attempts to enlarge on Iphone screen would not hold so every time moved screen to continue reading the message reduced to tiny print again. Perhaps this is a phone problem but important warnings should be sent with the confirmation & put in large type. With a regular computer the type can be enlarged & printed out…not so w/ messages received when traveling & only available via one’s phone!
Breakfast was above expectation. Buffet had hot sausage & may have had eggs (hot try empty when we went thru). Plenty of breads, rolls, cold meats, cheeses, coffees (machine made various kinds). Lighting in the room & bathroom though was barely adequate. Location was fantastic- a 1-2 minute walk across a plaza to the train shuttle to DeGaul airport!

PolandThe breakfast was atrocious, but that was expected. The bathroom was moldy and smelly (I got a room for the disabled, where the shower has no walls, so that's probably the reason).
The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean. The check-out was late (much appreciated). There was Good Wi-Fi, and most importantly, the room was surprisingly quiet.

CanadaFrustrated to arrive late at night without a welcome water to drink. With the bar closing at 11 PM and all the supermarkets closed, it’s difficult to settle in after a delayed flight. Since liquids can’t be taken on the plane before boarding, having water available in the room would really help with the fatigue and thirst from traveling. I hope this feedback contributes to improving customer service, especially considering the hotel’s prices is high.

The walk from Paris Roissypôle door exit to the hotel was only 2 minutes. Paris Roissypole terminal had a stop for CDGVal free shuttle train to CDG airport terminal 2 and 1. Also was on RER B line to Paris. Machine for filling water container located in lobby. Had room for luggage storage if arrival prior to check in and room not available. Certain times the breakfast area very crowded.
