United KingdomAs mentioned, the shower room was a tight space, but was good enough considering the available space
Hotel is extremely well situated, about a 10 - 15 minute easy walk from the Eurostar terminal. I chose it for its close proximity to everything that was going on during the Grande Braderie - perfect! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had. A wonderful selection of fresh, quality items and a great way to fill up ahead of a day at the Grande Braderie. The room was very clean and well-maintained, if a little dated decor wise and pretty basic. The shower room is a bit of a squeeze, but none of this detracted from what was an excellent stay. I will be rebooking for next September. Thank you for your hospitality.

PakistanThe bathroom was very small. Mattress was slipped some times, so you need to fix it. Also, for good value addition, my advice is You needed to add shuttle service towards Euro lille to the hotel and only improve the menu of breakfast like mushrooms, but everything was great 😀

United KingdomVery small bathroom - I'm quite small at 5 foot 2 inches, and a UK size 8-10, and I found I was squeezing my way around the sink and in and out of the shower. I feel average sized people would have problems.
Great location, good breakfast, comfy bed, quiet during the night and felt like a safe area.

BelgiumRepairs and maintenance need to be done so I am not going to make an issue about it but on the outside where my room was situated was a huge metal rack. I stayed for the weekend so I didn't take notice. On Monday morning though, at a little over 7:00 am they started working outside. The hammering sounds of metal on metal were quite annoying.
Albeit small the room felt very cozy. My room was situated at the back of the hotel, far away from the not-so-busy street. Both the toilet room and the shower are small but clean. The shower gives a powerful jet and the water heats up quickly. There is a large flat screen. Also a small desk, and cozy lighting. Air conditioning although it did not appear to function properly. I called someone from the hotel, but the air conditioning didn't work. This could also be me. Nice breakfast room with copious breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the old city, but also of Lille Europe and Lille Flandres stations. The latter is closest to the hotel. Free maps are available in the lobby. You need your room's keycard in the lift to access the floors. Very good.

TL;DR: Good value for money. Location (5/5) The hotel is in a good location close to the city centre and to the train stations. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Lille Flandres station and about 15 minutes from Lille Europe. An excellent hotel within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit or see over our stay. Room (4/5) The room was mostly good, though I found the bathroom a bit small. Overall, it’s got a cozy room that is comfortable for a budget stay. Service (5/5) The staff were extremely friendly. Additionally, there is water and coffee available at the bar 24/7 (there is no water bottles in the room) Breakfast / Food (5/5) Breakfast was included, and there was a good range available. It is fulfilling and keeps you energetic for city exploration. You can make your own teabags and boil your eggs for breakfast, which adds a personal touch to the experience. Ambience (5/5) It’s in a nice quiet area, and the reception and dining area look modern and clean. The bar area is very relaxing, and you can sit and chill for hours without being disturbed, with very reasonable tariffs.

MaltaI didn't like that the rooms looking out onto the streets were surrounded by scaffolding, and that works were in progress next to the windows - that were consequently quite dirty.
The staff was nice, helpful and understanding. I greatly appreciated that my room was promptly changed as soon as I pointed out the persistent nuisance of a loud TV in a neighbouring room. Breakfast was lovely, in terms of both food and ambience.

Good location, not far from the center and both stations (about 10-15 minutes by slow walking). The room is quite tiny, good enough for one person for one night. For two persons it’s too small, especially if you have suitcases. Very welcoming stuff, fast check-in and fast check-out. Good breakfast was already included in the price.

Belgiumrooms are a bit old, but all the rest was good, and in our room the bathroom was in good state.
Very handy hotel with perfect location. Very nice staff, and luggage storage possible. Rooms are very basic and quite dark, they could undergo some renovation. But everything was clean. Special mention for the breakfast (delicious!!!!), with a lot of choice, some good bread and coffee, and REAL orange juice, which is rare enough to be underlined. Congrats and keep it up!
