We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaBreakfast was not good for me. Heating was occasionally working, mostly not. Small room, it's okay i guess, no really big issues, but could be better for the price. Small lobby seating for this many rooms.
Staff is excellent. Cleaning lady on floor 11 was great. Location is ok, Westside near with plenty of shops and restaurants/fast food... But before 8/8.30pm after that it's closed.

RomaniaBit small for a long stay, well enough for a 2-3 nights we’ve stayed having no big luggage. The windows can’t be opened, security reasons maybe, but better to have fresh sometimes:)
Few meters to M1. 1 station to RER A that goes directly to Disney. Nice bar on Esplanade few meters away from the La Defense M1 head station. 1 towel per person changed daily. Thanks to Mohana and Andrew for their pleasant welcoming and hospitality during our stay!!! Big plus for them!

ItalyI Booked a triple room with Breakfast included . When i arrived ..they asked me to pay the Breakfast for my son ( but he was the Third person ) in the hurry i paid . But after when i asked for clarification the Manager was very Friendly and understood the issue and Gave my money back . The Thing I didn’t like was The Reception Girl’s attitude . Before the Manager interviene . But after all OK. I will Surely Comeback !

Tanzaniaalthough i am wondering if they were replacing new bed sheets each day,i think they were not.Breakfast was terrible same breakfast menu each day (breads)they should think of coming with various breakfast menu since they receive guests from different parts of the world.For the price we paid ,the hotel was supposed to provide at least toothbrush and toothpaste.
The Hotel facility was just fine,great location which is close to the Metro and two great malls where you can find almost everything.

PortugalThe rooms are not quite big, including the bathroom. About breakfast, it was okay, but staff started removing the food 10/15 minutes before breakfast closing time. Only shower towel per person was provided. To us it was okay as it was only for one night stay. Beds are confortable, but I found it small (width). We had a small issue on check out. The staff was insisting we hadnt paid the city tax and luckly we had paid with card and kept the receipt, otherwise we would have paid twice. About this, the hotel should have a higher control.
Location is great. Just 5 minutes to subway. Insonorization is good - we didnt listen to other rooms or the street. It was quite clean and staff is nice. Breakfast buffet was okay.
