Lack of local knowledge about how to get around, eg Front desk could not work out the closest stop for Batobus, which is the hop on hop off service to see Paris site via river

Friendly staff, Eric the barman was very helpful and had a good sense of humour. Lots of resturants close by for dining. Close to train station, fairly easy to get to the Eifel Tower via train, and remained away from the crowds and touist scence mostly. Felt save in Bercy.

Shower room is a bit small - We were given room on the 1st floor and in the evening one can hear music from the ground floor.

Our stay was good at the hotel, the room was a little bit small, but very clean. The hotel is close to metro station, easy access to inner city. We only went to the hotel for sleeping so I cannot really rate facilities and meals.

Original booking was for 2 beds but the room had only 1. However a change of room was offered.

Given the price room was bit on the smaller side and there were no amenities like iron, coffee or water in the room.

Located in a nice, clean and easily accessible place. Room was cleaned on daily basis, towels were changed and bed was made.

The main issue for us was that there is no coffee/tea in the rooms. Those needs to be bought from the reception bar. Tea size when sitting in the bar was reasonable, but for take away (to drink in the room) we got a tiny cup and in both cases the price was 3.5EU. We got only 2 towels to be used for sink usage and shower - was nice to get a separate sink towel

The location is great - 170m from the metro station. The staff are friendly and the hotel environment is tourist friendly with shops and restaurant all around. Bercy park is also nearby and is a nice place for a walk or play time for children. The rooms are small but well organized.

Rooms are very small, there was no kettle for heating water. An absolute must during cold weather in Paris. The bartender at the bar was rude.

Air conditioning not working in room so therefore window had to be kept open at night which then we heard the noise outside. Shower not draining fast enough. T.V. in French only, no subtitles.

The rooms are tiny and provide just the basic needs. You need to be a master of organization to fit more than 2 bags a piece into the room we had! One towel is all you get each! No hand towel or wash cloth.

The location is great, out of the main crush of Paris, and near the Parc du Bercy, Bercy Village, and the Cour Saint-Emilion metro. The staff was quite helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate

only small things really like the soap dispenser in the en-suite not being refilled and them not clearing the cups of tea from the day before in my room.

location at Bercy Village was perfect with lots of nice eateries and a short metro ride from the centre of Paris. Breakfast for 12 euros was excellent and the staff were brilliant

The location was a bit far from the center of city and travel attractions, but the room size was as small as other hotels in Paris.

The metro line near the hotel was very nice. Unlike other lines in Paris, it was new, no smell and safe.
