We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is not very expensive, so it provides a decent value. The room was clean. The staff were nice.

United KingdomNot quite the standard you would expect from ibis, but close to it. Reception service was friendly, but very slow. I would say the location of the hotel in terms of public transport accessibility is the main draw back. Though the location on the river is beautiful, my elderly mother struggled with the 15/20 minute uphill walk to the closest station. Booking.com also promised a kettle, but this was not provided (not great for tea lovers)!
Comfortable room with air-con. Surrounding area is beautiful - great for walks along the river. Nearby neighborhood is upmarket - plenty of nice cafes to enjoy.

United KingdomKey card to the room did not work every time we came back to get into the room and we stayed for 4 days and on the 4th floor so had to go back to the reception each time to go back up again to get it to work again, mould on the ceiling, quite hot in the room and air conditioning was not great but could open the window at least, good place to rest for sleep but as no there most of the time it was ok
Staff were great, and friendly and could speak English and good shower and bathroom l, good distance to Disney which was main reason to go on the RER and bed was comfy

United KingdomThe room was tired, particularly the bathroom i.e. rust on metal work, wooden shelf stained, toilet seat not fixed properly, and the door didn't easily shut.Tea and coffee provided but no milk and the paper cups we used on our first night we not replaced for the second and so we had to use the ones from the bathroom.

FranceOne small remark: big group of tourists (who are ofter the guests of the hotel) clean quickly the breakfast, so one day we had almost nothing to eat, service was not very helpful, like they just run out of the food. Even tableware was out, so we've received plastic table setting.
Ibis hotel - ibis standard : good quality price ratio. Not everything is always perfect, but everything seems to be easy to fix. Kind and gentle stuff.

SwitzerlandThey should have informed us of an alternative method of how to reach the hotel considering there was a construction that was blocking the normal route. The door lock was not working. The staff checked the key card and confirmed to me that the door lock was not working properly. He did not even bothered to tell me that eh will inform maintenance to fix it.
The price was fine since we stayed only for one night. Did not expect much as this was a last minute booking.
