Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandEverything was pre-made or frozen, not a lot of it. Prepackage micro waved egg, frozen panes, limited quantity. No fruit. Staff are beautiful though. No kettle or coffee making in the room.
The staff are beautiful, the location exceptional. Clean. 10 euro is high for a breakfast that is limited. Great cleaning staff, receptionist amazing female.

United KingdomThe rooms are very small and if you had lots of luggage it would be a challenge. We only had small backpacks. There isn't a fridge which would have been helpful. Lift can only take 2 people and is slow and mornings can take a long time to get down when people are checking out so make allowances for this.
Great location near the port ans we had an amazing view of the Bascilica on the hill. Very clean and had aircon as it was very hot...sometimes the aircon didn't work great but mostly it did and we were grateful for it! Bed was comfy and shower was good ans rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was also friendly ans ordered us a taxi early in the morning for our train. Would stay again as we got a last minute discount as our other apartment fell through at the last minute! Walking distance to everything we recommend La Plongeon restaurant just nearby which was amazing food!

FranceI did not like the breakfast at all. There is no variety at all: some croissant and pain au chocolat which are not fresh at all (as if from 2 days ago), some bread (same), 1 cheese type, and some jams and butter. Additionally, the lady would wait until the basket of croissant and cheese are empty, and then add only a couple! which I found very mean! she could've just put a decent amount in the first place! I guess for a 10-15euros breakfast you could offer better.
The location is in the center and very close to the vieux port, around 10min walk. The room was basically fare, a bit small with a tiny toilet, but included all we needed. The bed is comfy and the air conditioning is very good.

Also when we asked the receptionist if it was possible to get a taxi from hotel to the airport early in the morning, the price would’ve been 80-90 euros. Ended up booking a taxi through booking.com and only paying half of the price.
