We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryOn the first morning, the only hot food was scrambled eggs and fried bacon. On the second morning, there was only bacon, no more scrambled eggs. The breakfast selection in general was extremely poor. The trash was not emptied for two days.
The size of the room was fine, I liked that the hotel has its own parking lot.

Czech RepublicOur room was fresh painted - they painted the door or something in the room at the same day we arrived. It was not possible to breath inside literaly. After our complains we got another room that was painted 3 days before so we could breathe with open window. Someone should be at the reception 24/7 but when we came back from town during the night, no staff was there but new guests waiting for 30+ minutes to be accomodated. The guests were really desperate and we could not help. Never ever.
Actually it was the almost the only available hotel for booking at the time we needed an accomodation. It was clean.

BrazilThe structure is old. The room is tied, especially the bathroom - it is a challenge for a family like ours: 2 adults and two small children. Even thought it can be good value for money it is still expensive for what it offers.
The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. It matches the need for bed and breakfast. Good value for money in our specific case. Easy to get there by tram (less than 10 mins from the center - blue line)

DenmarkWe were given wrong codes for the rooms, the rooms were not fully cleaned. We were first given an occupied room. Door code panels were worn and caused problems. Elevator worked most of the time after a few tries.
Breakfast was good given the price. Staff was welcoming and eager to solve the problems they created for themselves and the guests. Vacant parking all the time. Very close to Tram B and 15 min to public pool. After kind request, we were swiftly given linen and towels for all persons we had payed for.

The hotel is located right next to a tram stop which brings you straight into Strasbourg city centre in less than 10 minutes.

SwedenChose this place since everything closer to station was either fully booked or more expensive, but this hotel did not warrant a stay because of lower price, since the taxi ride is still €16-20 from the station (Gare). A bit gloomy rooms, broken handles, missing bedding in top bunk - solved by staff....
Great staff upon arrival as well as departure - especially helpful in getting a taxi early departure morning! Reasonably comfy beds.
