When we arrived the place looked uninviting. The receptionist was sat in a very small reception/ breakfast room She gave us the key we got to the room it was freezing and uninviting. The whole hotel did nothing for us Fortunately the sister hotel next door had availability and we were allowed to upgrade. But better hotel. Did not pay a lot more stay there … Lesson learnt

The room was very poor. The original room (122) was unacceptable. The bed sheets were stained with blood. The cleanliness was lacking. Upon raising the issues at reception, we were moved to room 123. We had a meal at the other ibis hotel. One member of staff was very rude. Breakfast was very poor and not replenished.

I didn't like everything. It could not be worse

There was not one on reception. The number left to call was not answered. I tired and tried to get someone to speak to but in the end could not check in. Not what one wants when one arrives at 00:30 in the morning. We needed up getting a room in the hotel next door. Perhaps I should ask for my money back I think I didnt until now,

Breakfast reminded me of a Formula 1 hotel when your the last to arrive in the cafe - just terrible. Wifi is Patchy to non existant, This didn't bother me but my son had used up all his data and could not get a WiFi signal to download the route in google maps. Yes it worked in the Cafe but not in the rooms.

The Beds and the quality of the bedding was fine. The bathroom was OK.

The only negative point I can think of is our toilet could do with a very good clean but apart from that the hotel was fantastic excellent value for money, bearing in mind my room cost less than €40 for two people to stay

We use this hotel for a Recents business trip away. This was booked very last minute and he is very well appointed and signposted of the motorway. Bearing in mind I paid less than €40 for my room. It was absolutely awesome value for money we had a fantastic quiet night sleep the only two points I could possibly Marcus negative were there was no hot drinks available because the coffee machine was broken and our toilet was very tired and dirty

Dismal accommodation, and the fact that on our arrival, other guests were expressing concerns at the extremely loud music emanating from the large group of young male migrants enjoying themselves outside their accommodation next to the hotel.

I didn't understand how to operate the above bed reading light: couldn't turn it on or off, but there was a main light switch next to the bed and so only a minor issue. A bath floor towel would be a good idea.

Easy to locate, budget hotel with bedroom and bathroom exactly as described. Well heated rooms, bed linen warm. Ample car parking as I was concerned after reading reviews, however, upon my arrival at 6.30pm on a Saturday night there were still over half of the roughly 40 car parking spaces available. I think it would also be possible to park elsewhere on this large retail park (which has an Auchan supermarket). I liked the late check-out of 12pm.
