We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyWindows can not be opened, so it is not possible to get fresh air. The door of the toilet has an opening at the top, so every bit of sound is hearable by the others inside the room.
5 minutes walk to the metro station, 10-11 stops to the city center. Clean and enough for a short stay.

Chose this hotel for location as we were attending events at South Paris arena and this was ideal-within walking distance. It is also close to a Metro stop and bus stop. Good breakfast-buffet style and replenished quickly, however no decaffinated coffee. Had to buy from vending machine in reception Have stayed at Ibis budget hotels before so knew what to expect.

Great place for stay. Close to metro and other public transports. In general, this hotel can be used for saying overnight. This hotel was better than some other 3 star hotels.

United KingdomStaff( boys) needs more work on customer care. When I got there the guy in reception was in the back room on his phone with the headphones on, i waited for 2 minutes for someone but i had to call him to check in. i was given no informations , i was asked me to pay for the rooms again although it was paid online, the one on night shift was rude, I told him my card doesn't work to open the door in reception and that i had knocked the door for several minutes and rang the bell but no one answered so i could not get in the hotel and he kept telling me that it does work, and when he checked and had seen that the card was not working he just went away and did something and gave me the card back saying now it's working, not even apologising

GermanyJust to be aware: There are not many options for restaurants really near by. This isn't an issue in Paris in general, but we had strong rain one evening, which didn't allow us to have good options. Its also not very clear how to use the garage, when arriving at the Hotel, since you need the room card to open the garage and there are not a lot of options to leave your car during check-in.
The Hotel is located near the Peripherique and in close walking distance to the Metro station. It is easy to travel around with direct connections towards Champs Elysee (Metro) or Hotel de Ville (Bus). The breakfast is quite good and there is a McDonalds next to the Hotel. Parking was easy in the garage with a regular car <1,90m height.
