There is no kettel, so I cannot get hot water in the middle of the night. If we would like to have hot water, we need to go to receptionist, and they will bring it to us. We even cannot access to where the hot water is.

Staff are friendly and helpful, Location is great because its is close to the airport. The room is clean and air conditioner functions well.

Is better to have breakfast in another place, the breakfast in Ibis isn’t good. In front of the hotel is a boulangerie and is not good. Walking to the left is plenty of good boulangerie.

The staff is kind, it was comfortable, clean, and in a really good location.

Great location 5 min walk to beach 1 min walk to tram line 2 which gets you in to the old city and to the airport very convenient Breakfast was better than I expected with lots of choices, good coffee worth the extra 8.90 euro. The room was very comfortable good sized bathroom great water pressure for the shower and the building does have an elevator

If there were a fire, we couldn't find our way out. We tried to take the stairs just to see, but they lead to dead ends from several floors. Kind of scary. This needs attention so that people can get out if there is an emergency.

Nice room. Clean. Simple supplies--only one towel each. Great location a block from the Promenade des Anglais; right on the tram.

A really nice hotel, the staff were really nice and helped us out in booking a second night as I only booked one on accident. It’s literally facing the beach and a 300m walk down to the beach, with the tram stations directly outside and the train station only 10-15 mins away, with lovely, comfortable rooms and AC. Don’t come if you need things like cooking equipment or kettles though, it’s a sleeping only sorta situation.

The location was conveniently located near a metro stop and along the beach which was very helpful for day trips and exploring in general. It was also quiet at night. The room was as described, modern and clean and good wifi and water pressure.

Room was a good size for a family room and was in a good location with the tram nice and easy just outside.

Nothing really though would have preferred firmer pillows as others have mentioned but probably being a bit picky there?!!

Great location with the tram stop from airport just outside. Easy access into central Nice all areas, from same tram L2. 2 mins walk to Promenade des Anglais and beach. Convenience store and Italian restaurant next door. Patisserie opposite. Hotel breakfast was good enough for 9 Euros.. plenty of options but no hot food. Room was clean and quiet on 7th floor, with aircon. Handy storage facilities pre check in and departure. Staff very helpful. Easy check-in/out. Would stay here again - we stayed for 2 nights but a week could easily be done here for us.
