You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe breakfast. No bread or scrambled egg (run out by 8.30). Only a few tables so filled up quickly. Very little choice. Toilet ‘pod’ very very small with limited extraction! Air conditioning inadequate with no instructions in the room of how to use! No mention on booking site of additional tax for dogs to be paid on arrival. Could be a problem for some! Three B&B close together with similar signage was confusing!
Situation is excellent. Shower pod good size Dogs allowed with pleasure. Liked the flooring in the room. It seemed to be a padded Lino, no worries about spoiling carpets! Offer of 10% discount on nearby restaurants.

Easy access from Autoroute. Easy check-in. Rooms small but very clean. Staff friendly. Couldn't figure out how to get B&B wifi but didn't matter too much as the stay was short.

United KingdomThe soap dispenser in my shower cubicle had not been replaced or refilled - it was empty. The basin was in the far corner of the room where there was another soap dispenser that had soap in it. I had to constantly get out of the shower on slippery floors to get handfuls of detergent from there then go back to the shower to complete washing. It was not fun and dangerous - all from someone carelessly not checking the soap dispenser.
Location suited my purpose on the way south.
