You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnce we had got to the right B & B Hotel (there are 4 in Coquelles - 3 on the same site) we were very happy. The 2 * hotel was perfectly comfortable with a charming lady in charge. There was a surprisingly good restaurant in the adjacent sister hotel and breakfast back at the 2* was great.
