Air conditioning didn’t work at all…. 85° and guests shouldn’t have to hope that the hotel central air-conditioning actually works…

could have used a box of tissues in the room and an extra garbage can in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t cool off the room very well as the air conditioner was closer to the bathroom than the bedroom.

Very convenient location and an excellent breakfast. comfortable bed and room. Close enough to the train station to easily walk to the hotel.

Entrance area outside a bit scruffy and dirty.

Location to the railway station, and the town centre. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Juline Thomas who was on the front desk when we arrived. When our reservation was wrong through no fault of the hotel she managed to find the only available room in a nearby hotel, and organised a taxi to get us there. Without her kindness we would have had a real problem. Thank you Juline

The rooms could be updated a bit and even thought it’s not a standard Ibis offering, a small fridge would be great.

The location was convenient and the staff were very excellent with reception team available 24/7. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. It was good budget friendly accommodation.

Generated reply to same things we found inadequate. There was only one towel no hand towel . Reception gave us more towels after our inquiry and said they don’t do hand towels. Paper cups for tea or coffee. No fridge. Smallish room. Certainly not value for money.

Five minute walk from railway and a couple of minutes to restaurants.

There was nothing that i Didn't like yet there were Weakness yet NOT a deal breaker • No trash pin in the room only in the bathroom • No Kleenex in the room only toilet paper • The cups are small paper disposable • No small hand/ face towels (they don't carry them in the hotel) • 1 Outlet next to bed on one side and nothing on the other side • Although we had a nice view of the creek, homeless people were living/ sleeping under our window so lots of noise early morning 6- 7 am and late evening. • No vanity area • No minibar in the room or a safe.

Positive • Location is perfect (6 min from station, and on the edge of the old town ) • Helpful welcoming staff (recommendation for restaurants, using the hotel fridge, plugs for the phone charger..etc) • Clean small room, just suitable for 2 people , yet with enough place for luggages

Room was rather small especially for a business trip during which I had to conduct online meetings and sort out paperwork. Even simply a larger desk area would have been much better.

Shower gel 😌 had a massive allergic reaction.

Great location. The reception staff were very helpful. David behind the bar was busy doing everything preparing and serving food as well as drinks but was still very attentive and pleasant towards the guest. Great guy!

My second stay here so I knew what I would be staying in. The hotel is located brilliantly for train/ coach arrivals and the proximity to the town for bars and restaurants. The staff are what make this hotel exceptional - thay are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to book again for my next trip to beautiful Annecy.

I booked a twin room and the beds were basically together like a double. It was ok as I was with my son, but not sure how that would work for others.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with my 4year old's drama! Thank you! The location was so handy for the old town and the parking next door was useful. Room size was fine and the room overlooked a square so was quiet.
