Breakfast until 10am but at 9.15am no more scrambled eggs, tea cups, cheese,… available. I asked for it but nothing was brought. Rooms are very small and simple.

Breakfast outside at pool area is nice. Housekeeping team is really nice and attentive.

Pretty impersonal - fitness facilities are literally one running machine, one rower and a step machine! Staff a bit stand offish

I don’t think it’s secure enough. Anyone can go up to the floors and access the rooms. We stayed in room 414 and someone really tried to come in to our room at 1:30 AM. After there was a lot of noise on our floor. Hard to fall back asleep.

Size of the bedroom really small (not much of a difference with an Ibis room except the Ibis price much lower). No closet for clothes. Dusty, noisy. Had to pay 14 euros for my dog. Not clean around the hotel. Average mattress and super hard pillows.

Swimming pool and outdoor bar are really nice. Free parking. Warm welcome. Great location. Cart for luggage.

The door to the separate toilet in the room was a problem, the closure was too strong which made going in and out difficult and made a loud screeching as the door moved. The outer door to the balcony was defective but the double door was effective in cutting down out the noise from the road. Both of the above were noted to reception during the course of the stay When we arrived we enquired about the fixed price menu for guests referenced on our booking confirmation but reception were not ware of it so we did not make use of it

The black and yellow colors at the head of the bed would more peaceful in a more muted color. The (robot? ) requested evaluation is too long and demanding.

Both persons at reception were gracious and helpful. The service at meals was good. Great breakfast. Rooms comfortable. Cleanliness not an issue. Location close enough to the old center town. The heated pool was a pleasure.

For a 4 Star it was very cheap in the rooms...I came from a 4 star apparthotel that had lots of lovely touches - robes, Nespresso machine and snacks. This was cheaply done.. Small paper cups and a kettle...it doesnt cost anything to have proper cups. Plastic under the bed sheets. Cheap towels that were thin. The lighting was awful too. Room felt dark.

First, they gave us the wrong room. We reserved a room with an extra sofa bed and balcony and where given a simple room instead. When we finally got that sorted, the room we were placed in had a clogged shower (dirty water accumulated at our feet while showering) and the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. Even the tissue box in the bathroom was empty. For the money we payed, we expected more comfortable accommodations and better service.

Only complaint was the shower screen, it didn't provide water leak prevention and made the floor soaking wet

Very accommodating welcome and free parking available. Access to the pool with free towels and room service provided each day ☺️ The breakfast was really good with different food options and a fresh orange juice presser Friendly staff and room provided all the right facilities including a fridge and kettle. Also they had black out curtains, perfect for those lazy days Very accessible to Hyéres city centre 10 mins walk straight up from the hotel and supermarket around the corner.
