Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location by Eurostar station. Rooms are spacious and nice and have lifts multiple. The area is nice and is walking distance to the new restaurants and shopping. Another plus was filtered water machines on every floor.

United KingdomThe entrance to the parking was extremely right, while I have a large car I normally have no problems getting in anywhere but I had difficulty here, I’m not sure how anything larger could get in. If you have a large car the best way in might be to go past the entry and reverse in.
The room was good, no complaints at all. I didn’t have any meals in the hotel so cannot comment. There is a tram stop almost directly in front of the hotel, it’s only two stops to the central station, end of the line. Very convenient but extremely busy at rush hour times, I once had to let two trams pass before I could squeeze on.

Location good. Short walk to the town, tram stop outside, to Centre Ville, Roubaix and Tourcoing at €1.80 per trip. Passes available from ticket machine. Huge bed. Breakfast good.

Breakfast ...relaxed and sufficient. Staff helpful and attentive. Location very good...trams, buses and trains very accessible and regular. Cleaning staff very efficient and no complaints. Reception staff supportive. Timothy was great help and articulate which helped greatly. Kitchen ladies smiling and dutiful.

France1. We booked this hotel in particular because of the private car park. We wanted to leave the car for the weekend somewhere safe. I especially called the hotel before booking a room to ask for confirmation. They do have a car park BUT the access is impossible. The entrance is super narrow. Do not count on parking your car there unless you have a Mini. 2. The staff: except the morning receptionist who was super helpful and kind, the others are useless. They couldn’t advise us on anything before or during the stay.
The location is good. 1.3 km from the town center (15 minutes walk), If you don’t want to walk a tram stop is just in front of the hotel. It is very calm and quiet. Beds are comfy.
