The staff are not the most friendly and the rooms are the smallest I have seen.

This was a great location for going to Disneyland as it is 3 stops on the train. There are also lots of restaurants behind the hotel. I would stay here again but only for going to Disneyland. Breakfast options were really good.

The only thing I would improve is the pillows.

A very good location around the corner from the Torcy RER station for easy train to central Paris. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants and a cinema. Large free carparking. Small but very pleasant room included a small table and chair and a kettle which is great. Lovely modern bathroom. Good value for money.

Airco/climate control didn’t work (none of the rooms). As such room temperature was approximately 25 C degrees. Had to open windows for fresh air.

Great location between Paris and Disneyland to visit both with public transport. Parking for car was great.

The room was nothing like the pictures marketed on the website, probably one of the oldest and run down, despite we booked far in advance. Do NOT look under the bed... Aircon did not work. We had to sleep with the window slightly open to allow some airflow (with 12°C outside at night...) in what was a box size room with reasonable space only for 1 person. It was so tiny that there was no spot on the floor for the luggage, we had to put them on the desk. No mini-fridge, we had to store our food on the window. Bathroom was clean but super tiny and the shower wall was too short so at every shower, despite paying attention, the floor was flooded. No bath mat was provided so we had to use one of the body towels to dry the floor. Also, no vent in the toilet... There is no housekeeping service, but we received clean towels when requested.

Staff was cordial, beds were comfortable, a few minutes walk from the train station, 3 stops away from Disneyland.

Hotel reception staff not very friendly during check in and in general when passing through hotel. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that.

Great location perfect for our 2 day trip to Disneyland and 5 min walk to the station to easily travel to other key spots you want to visit during your trip. Room was just what we needed for somewhere to sleep and rest after full busy days out. Bed was comfy.

The bed isnt overly comfortable unfortunately. There's no mini fridge in the room. Although the car park is massive, it's not very clearly marked and slightly difficult to access.

the ventilation was making a soft whistling noise that might be a bit annoying but got used to it with time but further we had very good time. I didn't choose to get breakfast included in my booking but after arriving I felt we made the right choice as it seemed very basic

The location is perfect if you're going to Disneyland. Many shops and restaurants around which was really nice and much cheaper than if you eat at Disney. Room was tidy and clean.

The check in person was so rude. We arrived at the hotel late at there was no one at the desk. There was a sign pointing to some self service computers saying check in here. So we did and paid the city tax. An employee then arrived and said no they don’t work and that he would check in at the computer. When he said ‘you need to pay the city tax’ I explained we had paid it and he said sorry you shouldn’t have checked in there (despite there being a sign telling us to and no one around when we arrived). I then told him that I’m not paying the tax twice to which he responded quite aggressively (if you don’t pay then you’re not staying). I asked him to refund us and he said no he can’t. By this point we were just too tired to be bothered.

Location was great. Five minutes from Disneyland and lots of little shops around. Good for the price
