Awful wifi quality

The staff. The lady on reception was not friendly at all. She didn’t even lift her head to welcome us. Very ignorant after a long journey. Did not appreciate having to pay over €40 in tax for a 2 night stay. We had never been made aware of this prior to our trip. Very disappointed that there was not one single British channel on the tv, not even a news channel. There was a kettle but no cups. Nor was there any tea, coffee, sugar, milk! No glasses either.

Excellent location - situated right next to the RER station which allowed us to be in the centre of Paris within 30 minutes.

Checked in later on in the evening, gentleman at the reception was friendly and spoke English, we paid the city tax which is normal for European hotels and went to our room. Room was clean, a little small but it's a simple no frills cheaper hotel and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Hotel located very close (5min walk) to Torcy Station, Trams run every 15 minutes or so to Disneyland Paris and operate quite late which is excellent if you want to stay and watch the illuminations.

There is a big free parking in front of the hotel, easy to find a park the car even for late check in; Room is clean, lots of power plug easy to charge phone and connect laptop; The bathroom is divided into wet and dry areas; Not far from airport and La Vallée Village; Very quite and good for sleep; The breakfast is ok;

The location was perfect if planning to go Disneyland. Its close to RER and only 2 stops away from Disney. I like that there are restaurants nearby and there is Carrefour at walking distance.

Maybe stuff member need to learn a bit more international language like English (mostly understood well just few times misunderstanding, but they did their best and appreciated). But mostly, the price for breakfast would prefer more options for this price, but still was good one. Thank you!

The location is nice, direct train to Disneyland and Paris. Good stuff members. Had offer of the breakfast.

Great location to Disney Land. 3-4 stops and you are there. Very nice breakfast and reception. Shops and restaurants are also close to hotel

At night it was loud ( not sure if it was because of Euro Cup) they played loud music outside. Our Tv wasn’t working but no one came to check it, also the window was broken, it was dangling

Staff were not that polite, the wine at the bar was warm as there was none left in fridge so wanted to give off the shelf. Pillows were so thin and couldn’t find any others on the room. Were used to this type of thing with our travelling so we just brought our own (easy enough when travelling in car)

Plenty of parking, great location, value for money. Few mins walk to the train and the Disney park was3 stops away (10 mins) very easy to use the train and took you right to the park. Loads of bars/restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Great stay, it’s so convenient for Disney, a few stops away on the RER and a few minutes walk to the station/ restaurants. Comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!

The staff are not the most friendly and the rooms are the smallest I have seen.

This was a great location for going to Disneyland as it is 3 stops on the train. There are also lots of restaurants behind the hotel. I would stay here again but only for going to Disneyland. Breakfast options were really good.

The place is what I expected form a budget hotel. Not particular attention to cleanliness, but they really made up in friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing I would improve is the pillows.

A very good location around the corner from the Torcy RER station for easy train to central Paris. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants and a cinema. Large free carparking. Small but very pleasant room included a small table and chair and a kettle which is great. Lovely modern bathroom. Good value for money.

Airco/climate control didn’t work (none of the rooms). As such room temperature was approximately 25 C degrees. Had to open windows for fresh air.

Great location between Paris and Disneyland to visit both with public transport. Parking for car was great.

We didn’t have any towels in our room and the TV remote wasn’t working (but they helped us immediately at the reception)

It was close to the station and the staff was really helpful and friendly.
