We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe bathroom is small and a bit outdated, it should be renovated soon. Unfortunately there are only (very nice, white, fluffy) shower towels, no small towels. The most problematic thing is that there is no possibility or space to hang up these shower towels to dry. A solution MUST be found here urgently, it's not nice. I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the city and the beautiful pool I saw on the pictures. However, the pool is heated to 30 degrees, which is absolutely not refreshing, so I couldn't use the pool. And this is the only reason why I would not book this hotel again. This is really incomprehensible and very regrettable. My impression was that the pool was also very little used. The temperature could be the reason. The WiFi is not strong enough for the rear house! One has to got to the front of the house to get connection. This could be easily fixed.
The owner couple who manage the hotel are really exceptionally friendly, helpful and flexible. You really feel like a valued guest. That's very rare these days!!! The room/apartment is beautifully furnished, all in typical country house style. The beds are very comfortable. It is very quiet (the flat was a bit out of the way, not by the pool). The air conditioning works very effectively and is very quiet. The breakfast is really fantastic, offers a wide choice, very personalised. You can have breakfast on the very nice pool terrace. It's the perfect start to the day! The pool is very nice (but with one serious limitation). The hotel is really within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the city centre and all the main tourist attractions.

IrelandA true gem. We were not expecting it to be as good as it was as we booked quite late and didn’t have much expectations. But what a nice stay. Bed comfortable, room spotless with all the facilities you need. Breakfast was great. Pool and jacuzzi pervert to unwind after a long drive. Nice close walk to town and lots of great re conditions on where to eat from Melody. We will return.

NorwayWe only missed two things in our room; a small fridge (for cold drink) and airconditioning. There was a big fan in the ceiling, which was good, but for the really hot days and nights we missed airconditioning.
Very nice and helpful owners/staff! Beautiful and calm hotel, situated about 8 minutes walk from the small centre of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and about 15 min walk to the beach. Private parking. Nice pool area and private patio/garden for each room. We would choose this hotel again if we go to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer again!
