You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaIt was just an overnight stay. I read some reviews and from what I could see they states that the shuttle to and from the airport was free. I soon found out otherwise. You should update and delete things that are not applicable to the present time so people don’t make choices base on this. We could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and paid the same for shuttle but chose this hotel although more expensive only bc of the shuttle and not to have to worry The bathrooms could use some updating. The old fixtures make everything look dirty
The beds were comfortable with crisp and clean sheets.

I’ve never checked into a property and was told there is no water…followed by we have water but all the hotels don’t have hot water because of the city of Paris. What???? We got to our room and had both cold and hot water. The most strange and confusing check in process ever.

United StatesThe shower head was not very adjustable! I ended up using it had held. Hard to try to get it adjusted to hit body correctly. No bath mat so it was slick.
It is close to the airport. Tim was a bit small but fine for a night's sleep. Staff was nice.

FranceExplanations on the Booking sheet about how to reach the hotel were incomplete and misleading. There is no shuttle for this hotel at Roissy Terminal 3 (others yes, not this one) and airport staff trying to help give wrong information as they are confused between the several hotels called xxx Inn. The taxi stand at Roissy terminal 3 is shamefully managed by a mafia of touts who push travelers into VTC (private cars with drivers) at arbitrary high prices (20€ by taxi, 30-35€ by VTC) Yet the hotel is easily accessible by city bus (2.5€) but this was only indicated verbally by the reception desk. Where the hotel stands compared to the nearby bus stop is not indicated either. Too bad as the hotel is good overall.
Nice modern hotel with real good rooms, not sleeping boxes like some other hotels closer to the airport
