There wasn’t anything I didn’t like - it was a good hotel. As I arrived on a day when there was nothing open, I had wanted a snack to eat when I arrived but only a 2/3 course meal available in restaurant. I was travelling alone and wanted a snack in the bar but not possible when I asked. So I didn’t eat. Not hotel’s fault.

The pool and sauna were a treat. The room was small but totally adequate for the one night stay. I liked the internal door which soundproofed the hall way.

Limited dining menu, doesn't cater well for vegetarian or guests with a restricted diet like lactose intolerance, ie lots of meat and cheese.

Lovely views of the mountains from my room, good size room, comfortable bed.

The hotel bedrooms decor/carpets could use a little updating to bring it in to line with the interior and standard of the rest of the hotel’s areas.

Reception and restaurant staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel had some of the best food and wine we’d had over our whole trip. Yum! Rooms were well equipped and clean. Lovely bathrooms.

Location is best: no hassle of parking, easy and fast drive to Chamonix, fantastic view of the Dome du Goûter from our balcony. Extremely quiet, breakfast was fantastic.

The room we had on the night after the hike was on the corner of the building. This made the shower a little awkward the way the bathroom was orientated, thus it was hard to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. The dinner offered at the restaurant was a little out of our budget, however I'm sure was very nice

Very nice and welcoming staff. The facilities were fantastic. We stayed here the night before and after hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, and there is a safe place to store bags for free. The pool and sauna were great.

The only downside was having to take a bus to get to Chamonix city center. The bus is easy to figure out during the day, but very confusing and unreliable after about 8 PM. However, there were a few hiking trails within walking distance of the hotel. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are a sauna and pool which were also very clean. The view from our room was amazing. I think any room in the hotel would have a great view.

Breakfast is perfect. The Hotel is quiet and convenient. The staff was friendly and very helpful! The room is great but the shower is a bit little. In overall I would go back again!

Rooms were spacious, however could do with a little attention i.e. carpets and decor need some updating. Pool and sauna although a bonus, again needed just a little bit of redecorating etc but this did not in anyway impact on our stay, and this is not a five star rated property either.

Hotel was located approx 10 mins walk form the main gondola, however there is also the ski bus service which is just a few steps from the hotel which will take you directly to the main lifts. Plenty of ski hire shops along the way or close to the lifts. Hotel has a lovely feel to it and the staff were super friendly and service excellent. Pool and sauna were a bonus. Breakfast which is extra was good and has plenty of choice for all tastes. Evening food offering was excellent. We will be staying again.
