Breakfast was a little more expensive than expecting. Room had the view of rubble and metal wire. Busses take an hour to get to the city

Cheap rooms with the 3 beds we needed. bathroom and fridge to keep some food. Breakfast optional.

Air conditioning needs cleaning and servicing (not very clean and a but loud) The location is far, around 30 minutes from Nice and 50-60 minutes from Monaco by car Not enough towels were available in our room (we asked staff, and they bought more over eventually) Mould in the rooms and on the ceiling (especially in the bathroom)

The cleaning stuff came even thou we had label do not disturb. but especially there were several bugs in the room.

The size of room is decent. And the travel to Nice was not far away by car.

It’s a fair drive from Nice, but it’s good value to make up for it.

Nice enough hotel 30 mins from old Nice, up in the hills. Comfortable and fair value. Don’t expect too much, but it’s fine, nicer than some reviews would indicate.

There is a new building construction just close to the hotel. It blocks the majority of the view and makes a noise. The "mountain" view is on the parking and the trash boxes. There are no electrical outlets near the bed, so you need to be a pretty creative to find some to charge your devices.

The fact that there were no Restaurants and Shopping Outlets nearby except for one each. Most important inspite of being mentioned on their Portal that they have air-conditions in rooms the Management had switched off the a/c. Inspite of repeated request nothing was done for the air-conditioned and was informed that the same was kept Switched Off as the weather was cold.

Hotel was surrounded by Greenary and Nature on a mountain. Mr Hussain and Ms Tanya both were Exceptional in Service.

A nice hotel close to Nice. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke english. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 1 night as we were travelling through France. There is also a small parking space around the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood.

We had a broken mirror in our bathroom and the lamp wasn't working by the side tables. Our sliding door couldn't lock, so even though it was closed, anyone could open it from the outside. We were on the first floor, so you never know. The quality of the tv was horrible, so we hooked our laptop instead. All in all, we were comfortable for the one night.

The room itself is pretty spacious and perfect for one night, max two nights. The bed is low, but it's very comfortable. It's a perfect room to rest your head and then go out and explore.

A cockroach was waiving us goodbye on his way out of the room when we arrived, had to hide this fact from our son. Kitchen was useless, dirty at arrival, almost no amenities, no ventilation. Very small bathrooms.

Parking near the hotel. Fairly easy to find. Easy check in, check out is leaving the keys at the reception. Enough space for 5 people, easy access for my son on a wheelchair. Good wifi, good water pressure in the shower. Kitchen available.

Sometimes we have found the room was not properly cleaned. Me and my wife are allergic, and with carpet on the floor is crucial to pass vacuum every day. This was not happening often unfortunately. We asked to take care of it (we should not ask for it)

Quite good welcoming receptionist. We need to wait a bit to check in because the room wasn't ready yet and he offered us a good coffee. The hotel is in a very quiet position and it's cheap being not too far from Nice/Cagnes SM/Saint Lauren du Var. Rooms have also a little kitchen. This is great!

Just beware if you want to visit Nice that it is a long bus journey down the winding roads of the mountain.

We thought it was closer to the Nice, but it's far away. The buses stopped by 7 pm, and we couldn't enjoy the nightlife once the Uber refused a few times to go to the hotel. The hotel area is full of mosquitos, and they disturb us a lot, we had itching and pimples on our skin all the time. Our room had a kitnet but doesn't have a proper ventilation to take out the food smell. The bathroom had a curtain in the shower, which is not enough to hold the water. However, we had all the bathroom flooded all the shower time.

We liked the mountains' view, to have supermarkets and grocery close to the hotel. The staff was nice and they cleaned our room almost every day.

Very isolated, you need a car to go anywhere else. The cutlery at the breakfast was dirty. The parking spaces were very limited.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.
