When booking we were told the room would be one double/queen bed and two single beds. Instead it was set up as large (two single together) double and a sofa bed for two. We made it work but the original setup would have been better for our group.

It was easy to find. The bathroom was nice and large. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have 24 reception as we arrived late on the first night and returned late after a concert on another night.

Great location in Lyon! Clean room. Was in town for concert and staff was nice; checked in late and no issues. Room on smaller side (and not a view from my side) but location outweighed that with amenities nearby, metro and action!

We could hear the neighbours through the wall a little, but it was not too bothering. Elevator is very small and only fits 2 people or 1 and 1 suitcase.

The staff were extremely friendly (especially Selin)! Great location - 5-10 minutes walking distance to city center. Did not try the breakfast.

Good hotel to use as a base. Near the metro and tram line so very convenient for exploring Lyon. Near the park and lots of restaurants and bars within a ten minute walk. Would recommend.

The room was on the smaller side and had some rough elements like wallpaper peeling off and a broken smoke detector. To be honest, the value wasn't completely clear and may have been spiked up due to a concert in town on the weekend we traveled. We felt that we paid a little too much for the size of the room that we were given.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, even at early hours of the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

For the price, all was ok but the room is tiny and the AC did not work properly (on a very warm night)..

We only stayed one night and it was a great choice for that: very good price, in the center of the city within minutes walk from all the buzz. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

- The cleanliness in the room and bathroom absolutely needs to be improved. - the sink is very small and it is difficult to brush your teeth. - the elevator is narrow and uncomfortable

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and my experience has been absolutely great! From the time we arrived (early in the morning and we were allowed to leave our luggage there) till the check out, we have always been welcomed with a smile from Tania. She does a great job and lets you understand that she works hard to make her guests'stay so pleasant. She is so friendly, passionate, smiling and helpful. A big thank you goes to her! People can say the hotel is not so big but I personally do not think it is a problem. The room has got enough space if you don't have big luggages. There is the kettle too. The bathroom is spacious enough for one person, clean and the towels were clean too and they were changed every day. We did not have breakfast included but after the first day when we realized that everywhere you go you pay the amount of 4,50 euro just for a cappuccino (I am Italian and this is very unreasonable for me) we decided to give it a try and add breakfast at the hotel for a very convenient price. No choice could be better. Breakfast room is small, that's true, but this has never been a problem. There's a variety of food, sweet and savoury, also fruit, juices, all the basic things one could ask for. The coffee and cappuccino are made from a machine but it's not bad compared to others I've tasted so far. Last but not least the position of the hotel... fabulous! So close to Perrache train and bus station, main places in walking distance and all the area is nice and full of shops/boulangeries/bars/supermarkets. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Lyon.

Possibly another area in Lyon such as Vieux Lyon would have more choice of restaurants but this location was good for the variety of restaurants. Building site opposite so view not the best but noise was contained

Excellent breakfast. The room was a good size and comfortable. Location good as 5 minute walk to metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
