It's not very bad but let's face it, It's not really a boutique hotel! I don't even see where the three stars would come from. The rooms are very basic, the staircase is ugly, and there are no facilities like a hall or a bar. The bathrooms seem renovated but the room no. Some rooms had a card key and others just a normal old key. No view from the window (roof of other building)

The rooms had been cleaned or sprayed with a deodorizer or sanitizer which had an overwhelming smell. It gave me a bad allergic reaction. With the window wide open, it got somewhat better. Don't stay here if you have chemical sensitivities like I do. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Quiet, well located. Modern bathroom, nice towels.

We asked for toilet paper and didn't get any. They cleaned our room but still didn't give us any toilet paper so we purchased our own. Bathrooms were very dirty and the majority of staff don't speak any English.

There were things I expected in the room that weren't there. A safe More hooks in the bathroom - I had a room that had some dead space which could have had hooks placed there. If you book via booking.com make sure you double check you've booked breakfast (it costs €12 a day if you don't). I hadn't but there are plenty of places around the hotel. The room I had felt like a French Travelodge.

Location was fantastic for sightseeing and the train station. Comfy bed and clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast could be richer (e.g. warm eggs, vegetables). We would appreciate it if we were told the road access was blocked due to the city festival. The bedding wasn't changed every day.

There were little black catapillers crawling around the floor. I told the front desk. I don't think she addressed the infestation. I saw some the next days. The entrance was ugly and trashy on the outside of the beautiful building. They should do something about that.

Thankfully it had at least 2 beds in the room. Hardly any plugs for devices. The shower area leaked so we used our towels to stop the water up.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. we were able to sit in the breakfast area and catch up on our personal emails and things before heading out.

My room was quite small, though adequate. The hotel could do with a refurbishment. WiFi functioned but should be stronger.

Bathroom had that old plumbing/sewer smell. Only 1 hook in the bathroom. Toilet paper roll not refilled.

I was surprised that the room was pretty quiet at night depsite being in the busy part of town. Location was great, next to restaurants and Carrefour supermarket. Friendly staff. They have a luggage storage area to use after check out.

There was no seating area other than the dining room, no lounge or garden. We had to request bathroom supplies event though the room was serviced on the day.

The room was clean and comfortable, it also offered a small coffee station.

Most rooms face on to back laneway and the nightclub that starts at midnight and goes to 5 a.m. a few nights each week. Sound proof windows did not help! Take earplugs!

Great position, straight out of front door of Railway station along main street, past two supermarkets and not far away from papal palace and many cafes and restaurants close by.

The shower was too small and the room door was not touching the floor so light could enter from the corridor to the room during the entire night

On our booking confirmation, it stated we had a room with city views. When we queried reception, we were told no rooms have city views. The property is obviously misrepresented on Booking.com. Internet intermittent and spasmodic.

Central location to Avignon. Close to many restaurants. Convenient position to catch the City Tours Bus and Le Petit Train. Secure offsite parking. Premises tired and in need of updating but the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom kept clean.

There is no lift so on 3rd floor it can be a bit annoying, but staff can help with bags.

Location spot on, and good range of food. Staff were bit slack, and promised bike storage n/a...so in some kind of dumping area with pigeon faeces all over. But met our basic needs.
