The soundproofing although it’s to be expected with a low rated hotel the other guest were inconsiderate as the guests in the other rooms were loud in which you could hear them. Even when they were having a conversation or a cough it was loud. This was only an issue on the second night.

If I’m being honest I came here with low expectations due to reading some of the reviews however I was very pleased with my 2 night stay. Staff friendly, safe location, room was clean and had everything I needed. Balcony was a bonus powerful shower.

The location was really good, very central next to shops and restaurants and very close distance from the beach.The staff very smiley and helpful. The room was very clean, even though a bit old. They even had a hair dryer in the bathroom, which I didn't except.

Be prepared for a very small room and small bathroom but still very functional. The only negative was very poor TV network with not internet, no English channels or sport channels, juts local French TV.

Small room. No parking.

Super nice position. The staff was very kind and available. We had a huge delay and they gave us the digicode and left the keys of the room at the reception for us to do a self check-in. There is no parking in the structure, but there are available parking spots all around for a price. Moreover, there are 2 big underground parkings (Lamy-Rue d'Antibes and Palais Stephanie) at around 5 minutes walking. The rooms are a bit small, but they are good enough for people who just need a place to stay at a reasonable price and literally in the city centre of Cannes.

Even though the cleanliness of the room was not to my satisfaction when I arrived, the hotel management cleaned the room immediately. The hotel has a peculiar aroma, perhaps an air freshener would be useful.

The hotel is centrally located, a few metres from a supermarket and an excellent boulangerie. 8 minutes from the station on foot. The attitude of the management is really great! The room on the courtyard was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel doors are closed overnight with a special access code for guests.

This was a perfect budget choice during the busy days of Cannes Lions. The hotel was very close to the festival and all the restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms in the hotel itself are very small so it’s a perfect place if you plan to be out of the room all day. My husband is an average size and I doubt he would have been able to fit inside the shower. Thankfully they gave us an apartment across the street which was more spacious and very comfortable.

Very small room, don’t try to bring two suitcases! No elevator, that could be a problem if you are not good with stairs. However, it was not an issue for me as the staff was super helpful and helped me with my bags. Tiny shower, which might not fit a bigger person. But overall those small inconveniences did not affect the quality of my stay and I would book this hotel again.

Clean, cosy hotel in central Cannes. The location is superb, bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well and the price is very affordable. For travellers like me who come back to hotel just to sleep, it’s a real gem!
