We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. I arrived early and very tired after a succession of long journeys. The courtesy and welcome on arrival was superb. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and en-suite facilities to match. Breakfast was excellent. All the reception staff were genuinely pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful

The staff were very welcoming and the room had lots of nice little touches that showed the company are serious about running a welcoming hotel, rather than just taking tourists' money. I have to say that Saumur itself isn't the biggest town and we were staying there to break-up our journey from Bordeaux to Calais. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a big walk-in shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was superb the range on offer was impressive. I would certainly stay here again and would be keen to check out other hotels from the Original group.

Hotel has been in the main tastefully refurbished since our last visit in 2019. Room was spacious and all elements seemed new (bathroom and living area were lovely and excellent shower). Location is excellent on he banks of the river and close to the town. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful,

United KingdomParking was extra, which was a shame, but it wasn't a shock as it had been explained to us before we booked. There is free parking out on the quayside in front of the hotel if you can find it.
The location of the hotel was great, within easy walking distance of the town centre. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, and the bedroom was beautiful with a view over the courtyard. The breakfast buffet was great - with all the continental classics on it!
