Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe over-the-bath shower in our bathroom was a bit of a fiddle to use/hard to set and the toilet didn’t flush very well.
Close proximity to the old town (5 mins walk) and secure parking made this a very attractive choice of hotel for our one-night stay, and didn’t disappoint. Our room was comfortable, very quiet and generally well-appointed.

NetherlandsOn the first night, there was a bloke with a truck who came to unload stuff at the hotel at five o'clock in the morning. That was quite noisy. Furthermore the pillows were so-so to my taste, but that is personal. I really have very little bad to say about this hotel.
The hotel is very nice, albeit a bit old-timey on the inside. Then again, I think that is charming. The bed was OK although the pillows were so-so, the showers were very nice, and the location of the place is absolutely gorgeous. They had a little terrace outside where you could have a coffee, and around the corner you find Café Michel for a breakfast. This was exactly what I want from a hotel stay.

United StatesWhen we checked in we were given a room on the 5th floor , the elevator reached only the 4th floor and we had to climb one floor with all our suitcases and bags. I am 77 years old so we were able to switch to a room on the second floor .

The bathroom was great so clean, loved the marble, double sinks separate toilet room with door. The robes and slippers were an unexpected lovely touch. The safe was great to leave our valuables in. Loved the a/c.

The Location was great, walking distance from everything needed and the center as well. The parking service provided yes it’s not cheap compared to other options but its great since you can drop the car and pick it any time you like.
