The communication with the hotel is extremely hard. They do not respond to messages and emails. Even their phone number includes exrtra charge to call and they ask you to hold on for a long while upon your call which will cost you much more. There are not groceries nearby. If you do not have a car, the access with public transport is a bit hard.

The room was highly clean, comfortable, newly built and perfect in terms of structure. The bed was also comfortable with extremely clean bedsheets. The temperature was also nice. The registration responsible had also good attitude and showed flexibility to checking in earlier than 14:00 when he saw the email that I had sent their propertie twice but they had not responded. It is more recommended if you have a car and not having cold drinking water in your room is not a must to you. Because we did not find supermarkets nearby and neither refrigerator in the room to put the water bottles in.

Far from everything. Avoid using the tram, just get a bus because the station is closer (500mts away)

Staff was friendly. I know reception is not open 24/7 and they helped me in their time off to do the check in (because I got robbed in Paris :() Rooms were cozy, good size, nice beds and good Internet connection. Near the bus station is a restaurant with excellent prices and good food.

Especially location which is loney industrial area..once I reached that location by bus I felt that I was made a mistake to booked this hotel..but Staff and comfort are good and if you are coming by tram on other side where more residential area..so you don't feel alone..restaurants are there..

The shower was clogged and it did flood a bit Also the extra 4 euros fee for arriving after 12am that was not in the description and also..it was a bit tricky to find as we spend 40 min trying to reach the destination

Gaining access is much more complicated than it needs to be outside regular hours.

It was ok. Quite close to Orly airport but in the middle of nowhere in an industrial park. Not staffed after 11pm so don't arrive looking for food.

The biggest disappointment was poor infrastructure around (e.g. no grocery even basic, just vending machines) and rather long commute from the city center. Wifi signal was like 20-30 percent with some disconnections, that should be improved.

Welcoming and helpful staff who kindly organized airport transfer. Clean, comfortable enough room for a short term stay. Great value for money also.

The porter take are personal towel it was hanged in the wc We did not expect that they will make a room service we hang do not disturb sign outside door but it isn’t a big problem so we never complained we definitely comeback agen in are next trip in Paris

Great Location. 10 mins walk to nearest Tram station and 5 mins walk to bus station. Can reach Orly Airport in 30 mins using Tram. Hotel is very clean. They clean everyday. Wifi is good and breakfast is good. Hotel staff is friendly.
