Good location . Clean and nicely appointed. Excellent breakfast, lots of pastries , cold meats , fresh orange juice. Free coffee all afternoon. Staff very helpful with restaurants

Space at breakfast was very squashed at a busy breakfast time. Bit of a walk from the tram stop. The lift is very small and would perhaps only fit a collapsible stroller. Not an issue for us but something for parents with youngsters to be aware of.

Helpful and flexible staff; Room was a good size - ideal for travelling with 2 young children (although they had to share a double sofa bed). Bathroom and bedrooms were clean. Plenty of food and choice at breakfast. Location good - though a bit of a walk to the sea front (15-20 mins with kids). Free tea and coffee available mid-afternoon.

You can hear the neighbors and how the doors slam (this is not the fault of the hotel but rather of the tourists).

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice, bright and spacious room. Good location, close to the train station and public transport.

Their bfast is not that good. To be able to get a discount €13/person (€17 no discount) you have to buy the discounted price during check in and you have to buy for your entire stay not just some days.

The location is very close to train and tram station which is convenient for us since we had to visit Montecarlo and Sanremo.

We were only there 1 night and left by 7 am to catch a flight so it's hard to give a fair rating. The one big downside was the size of the bathroom and the awkward sink. It looked nice but was difficult to use

Very local to train station. Great little shops very close and cheap. Great breakfast. Quiet. Room was nice and large enough and good bathroom. Rooftop was nice but did not use. Only Quick Look.

Room could have been made more spacious if the dividers between rooms and closets were just removed. And the elevator was really small. But it did not really put a negative remark on our stay.

Has friendly and very accommodating staffs. Good location, very close to the Nice Ville station. Good facilities and our room had a very spacious balcony that is a good space to unwind after long days of exploring.

The room was smaller than it seemed on the picture, but I was alone so it was fine for me. I’m sure there are some bigger rooms available.

I liked the location, it’s 2/3 mins on foot from the main street in Nice. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The hotel also had free tea and coffee from 2-6.

Our room was quite small but had a very decent sized bathroom. High level of cleanliness! Breakfast was also very good and the staff very friendly.

The photos in the hotel’s profile with tattoo girl in weird poses are really over the top. I guess they are trying to appeal to a hip wannabe influencer crowd but the fact is this is a solid, but uneventful mid-range hotel with quite basic decor. For example, our bathroom was badly designed with wash basin and tap that were hard to use.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is fine- a but of a walk to the seaside and the old town but close to the main station and in a more residential neighborhood that offered a good bakery, cheese monger and supermarket all within a 5min walk. Our room was small, although we had a luxury room with balcony and we were happy with that bit of extra space the balcony offered.

Despite upgraded room, it was extremely cramped. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the shower was uncomfortably small. Furthermore, the lack of a shelf in the shower made it inconvenient to manage personal items.

The hotel hassome strong points such as its proximity to the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast option is impressive with a delicious and varied selection — worth including in your booking. Another highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace, offering a lovely view. The staff were always helpful and ready to assist with any needs.

Breakfast.No option for eggatarian. Ni omlettes without meat, no scrambled eggs n egs are we have to boil on ourself which was a bit clumsy because you have to wait for your turn.

The bathroom is not like in the picture at all. It has the smallest shower ever and it was not renovated for many year.

The property is in a good location. It is close to the train station and 15min to the beach.
