United KingdomWe did have misunderstandings over why our room hadn’t been cleaned and part of the problem might have been linked to the flipping over over the notice asking to clean/do not disturb placed on the door. Our friend who was in an executive double had her room cleaned and restocked each day which we didn’t.
The location of this hotel is perfect for travellers using Eurostar. It is a short walk into the centre of Lille although possibly too long a walk if you have mobility issues. The best thing about the hotel was the level of customer service from the staff. Every member of staff that we interacted with had excellent English and did everything they could to deal with our questions and issues.

Certainly not value for money. A welcome drink after we’d had explained that we’d had an exceptionally long day travelling in difficult circumstances could have been offered.

Franceif you have mobility issues, make sure to ask for a PRM room to get a shower. They should of asked us considering I was traveling with elderly couple. Even I had trouble getting out of the tub since there was no security bar to hold onto. i was also very disappointed not to be able to use my ANCV CONNECT checks to pay. I was told that I could at check-in and previously via phone.
