Everything was great. I cannot complain about anything. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant is small but food is delicious, breakfast was continental and delicious as well.

We did have misunderstandings over why our room hadn’t been cleaned and part of the problem might have been linked to the flipping over over the notice asking to clean/do not disturb placed on the door. Our friend who was in an executive double had her room cleaned and restocked each day which we didn’t.

The location of this hotel is perfect for travellers using Eurostar. It is a short walk into the centre of Lille although possibly too long a walk if you have mobility issues. The best thing about the hotel was the level of customer service from the staff. Every member of staff that we interacted with had excellent English and did everything they could to deal with our questions and issues.

Breakfast good. Stay would have been 10 out of 10 but for us losing one night sleep due to noisy guests in adjoining rooms. Hotel refunded cost of of room for the night.

Very convenient for the Eurostar terminal, and just a short walk from Lille Flanders station. This was the perfect option after I had to stay over an extra night due to plane and train cancellations.

The only downside was the air conditioning. The room was very hot and the air conditioning gauge didn't work!! We weren't the only guests who experienced this problem.

Facilities start to be outdated. Furnitures start looking used and room looking old design. Shower only in bathtub not friendly for impaired mobility people Soap in shower was empty. Saw it too late morning time to be refilled

I love the location, so convenient being right next door to Eurostar and not to far to the town centre. Hotel was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly.

Separate toilet with no wash hand basin. Glass partition for shower room which lit up the room during the night. Have no idea why this hotel costs so much. Certainly not value for money. A welcome drink after we’d had explained that we’d had an exceptionally long day travelling in difficult circumstances could have been offered.

Problems to connect to the wifi. I personally do not like carpet floor, but I have to admit that it was very clean.

if you have mobility issues, make sure to ask for a PRM room to get a shower. They should of asked us considering I was traveling with elderly couple. Even I had trouble getting out of the tub since there was no security bar to hold onto. i was also very disappointed not to be able to use my ANCV CONNECT checks to pay. I was told that I could at check-in and previously via phone.

Bar service , or rather there was no service as they were too busy working for the restaurant Alarm went off , we had all to leave the room for someone smoking in the room, was badly organised
