Man at the counter "stuffy". When I checked out at 5:15am on June 13 2024. When I checked outI he said there were more charges. He said "taxes" $60....I gave him my credit card. I was in a major rush as my cab was waiting" I left. Now I get my bill and I don't understand it. ROOM : $1,299 tax : 5.20 X 3+ $15.60 solde en cours $31.20? DOES NOT COME TO $1416.43...WHICH IS WHAT I WAS CHARGED.. a dIFFERENCE OF $101.83?? please advise..... Plus dates are all wrong. The dates printed are OCT 6, 2024, NOV 6, 2024 & 12/6, 2024 huh????????????

The only thing about the room which was not good was the hairdryer….it did go but had a very weak heat ….I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and convenience to Metro

The property was beautiful and clean. We booked the suite which was plenty of room for a family of four. It was located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The staff was what made the property stand out. Particularly Rishi. Rishi answered all of my questions before our trip, and helped arrange a car service to and from the airport. he was warm and friendly and always tried to help. We will stay here next time we are in Paris.

The property felt older. The front desk staff seemed uninterested. Was close to our expectations but just fell a little short.

Loved the room. It was very charming. We had views of both the Eifel Tower and Notre Dame. It was wonderful to fall asleep at night with the views.

It would have been nice if the TV programming could have included some channels with English subtitles.... But really this is just being nitpicky.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk to the Musee d' Orsay, the Louvre, and every imaginable restraurant and cafe. The room was comfortable and quiet. We did not include breakfast in the booking due to early tour pickup times (Viator tours to Giverny and Versaille were excellent, btw) but we ate breakfast twice and it was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant and gave us maps and helpful suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!! Excellent meals at Cafe Buci about 50 feet from the hotel and oysters and escargo at Latlas restaurant just around the corner.

Really lovely Room, we were in a superior room, with a massive bed and then a single as well. It had a really lovely bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. The reception team were very friendly, and the breakfast was a good price and had everything we wanted (continental buffet and coffee). There was a kettle in the room. Very nice location, it was really near loads of good looking restaurants and we could walk to everything we wanted to see.

The shower head was a bit risky - didn’t stay in its holder well. Seriously though, everything else was excellent.

So so so cute. The home is in the perfect location. Just near St.Germain Blvrd. Short walk from Pont Nurf, louvre, etc. metro line 4 right around the corner. We also walked to pantheon and Luxembourg gardens, the Bastille and Rodin museum. The hotel itself just across from a great boulangerie, and there are lots of little restaurants and shops nearby. Cute little courtyard alley behind and next door says it’s one of the oldest restaurant in Paris. The decor is so gorgeous. The front desk were helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English. The room was spacious and so so cosy. Really ace.

Location was perfect for first time visitors to Paris. We were able to step out our door and find abundant cafes and shops. We were a short walk to the Seine and many Paris attractions. The room and hotel were charming and provided us with a comfortable resting place when we weren't out exploring the city. Front desk staff was very helpful with information when I asked questions about navigating the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
