it is a loft unit for 4. the stairs to the loft is very narrow, making going up and down the stairs rather challenging, especially with luggages.

the location is good. shuttle bus outside brings you to and back from MSM. The staff are helpful and friendly, and speak English well.

No early check-in or late check-out available, however bags could be left at Reception. Wording " upper floors only available by stairs" is a bit misleading, there are only 2 floors and no lift. Room would be small for 2 pax, especially with luggage

Location was ideal. Local restaurant recommendation was great. Ability to open window for fresh air was a bonus. Pre booking got me a good price

I wasn't keen on being on the ground floor as there was no window that would open. So, it felt quite stuffy during the night. I would have like a porcelain cup not a paper one.

I thought the overall appearance was spacious, clean and colourful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the explanation for the parking gate is not clear a bit. some people tried entering the gate without the code, and occurred some errors in the gate. someone should be in the gate to help us.

The window was broken, it was impossible to close it completely so it was draughty. It was early April when the nights are still quite chill. I suppose this should have been checked in advance of our arrival. When we asked to change our room, we were told that were no available rooms and weren’t offered any help to resolve the problem or a discount.

Perfect location (a couple of minutes walk to the spot where you can enjoy the view of Mont Saint Michel - highly recommend to go there at the sunrise), a bus stop is in front of the hotel, a very good breakfast

There were fire alarm at night, but it was fake. All the people have to wake up and go out on the night. It would be better to check their alarm system again.

I booked double room but it was actually triple room! So the room was spacious. It was clean as well.

My 4g did not work well inside the room, but the hotel had wifi available, which functioned very well.

The location was absolutely perfect and the room very comfortable and well organized in terms of furniture and space. The bathroom was also very good.

I asked when I came, if breakfast was included, because I was sure of it, so I had breakfast the two days I stayed at the hotel. when I checked out, the girl said: breakfast not included. I protested, but no way , I had to pay.

The personnel wasn't particularly friendly and the room was pretty small. Also the fact that they say there's parking ..kind of implies it's free, when it isn't. Not a huge expense, but its not free. Not a bad place, just overpriced for what you get.
