We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe reception staff seemed put out that we wanted to have a look around, given we were staying there for four days, it’s nice to know where everything is and know the place you’re staying in.
This is a lovely hotel, the breakfast and breakfast staff were fantastic. The Spa area is just perfect, and the room was perfectly comfortable with good sized towels and a very nice bed

FranceWe won't book a standard room anymore. The bathroom is very small and so is the room. The rate at 164 euros - in September with breakfast not included - is high considered that the balneo area (hammer/sauna) are unused during the heat of summer. The pool is a nice size but the chemical content in the water are unpleasant. The next size up would be the minimum space for a stay of more than one night.
The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location is wonderful. Breakfast on the terrace is probably the best in the island.

IrelandThe rooms were smaller than I expected. The shower was tiny. The front desk is closed from 8 pm and no meals available other than breakfast. The hotel is really more like a nice guesthouse.
