Synthetic hot duvet. No aircon, only a fan, I would struggle to stay here in temperature over 25c. I slept with all the windows opened. Bathroom dated, but super clean.

My second stay here, 2 nights this time, to explore wonderful Versailles, which is so much more than just the Palace. Great room, facing a quiet street, fabulous location in St Louis Quarter, less than 10min walk to the Chateau, 15min walk to Notre-Dame Quarter. Very comfy room, wonderful inner gardens to chill, great service. Water in the room, tea making facilities. Would happily stay here again.

I was quite disappointed by finding hairs on the bed, but appreciated the way the staff handled it promptly. The first room we were given was smaller than expected, having reserved a king room. The toilet and salle de bain were separate rooms: this brings some advantages, but the toilet was really small and with no ventilation.

The hotel location could not be better: only a few minutes walking to the Chateau Versailles, which was very critical for us, having planned to attend the night show ending around 11pm. It is also very close to the railway station (Rive Gauche) and a street full of restaurants and nice places to enjoy French cuisine. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Soon after checking in, we realized there were hairs on our bed (on the top sheets) and we were immediately offered to change room, ending up in a larger more comfortable room. Breakfast was essential but good, especially the viennoiserie, which also welcomed us upon arrival! We were unlucky we could not have cappuccino because the foaming took off the coffee machine was broken, but we had nice pancakes. We had the chance to leave our luggage after checking out up until we got back from our full-day visit to the palace. This was highly appreciated. 24/7 reception was also a plus!

We arrived pretty late, but the lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. We had breakfast in the garden which was very nice. The location is great, about five minutes walk to the castle.

A little underwhelmed by the breakfast choices, but a comfortable room. Tea & coffee also disappointing at breakfast. Best to take a teabag and ask for hot water if you like strong tea.

Location, the courtyard, the lounge downstairs, helpful staff. Restaurant recommendations sent to us before arrival, were very welcome, because we were a party of six , and very helpful for our planning.
