We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot really a negative, but fiinding a parking space at first seemed tricky, although there is free on-street parking within 5 mins walk, and a plenty big public car park just behind the hotel that has free parking between 18.00 - 09.00
Firstly, the hotel is excellently placed for being able to walk around the beautiful city of Saumur with the chateau and river within about 10 mins walk. Secondly, the hotel is cute, quirky, characterful, and the staff really friendly, and made us feel very welcome.

The staff at the Hotel de Londres were very friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome there. The location is fantastic, - only a block from where the weekend market takes place and surrounded by the many restaurants in the area, as well as a short walk to the chateau de Saumur.
