I can not say what could be better. The hotel and staff were just as I expected.

The room was wonderful. I was treated to an upgrade on the top floor with a little larger room which was wonderful to spread out. The location was okay, about a 5-minute walk to the metro and 15 minutes to the train station. There are lots of places to eat around. Breakfast was the typical continental food with self-service coffee. I was there early, so there was no wait at all. The staff was excellent, especially the gentleman at the desk overnight. He lent me his adaptor for charging my phone when my adaptor would not work. THANK YOU!

The shower needed a curtain. The glass screen was significantly under sized. We had to kneel/sit in the bath to use the shower to avoid a flood in the bathroom! The bathroom was very small too which made things harder.

Very comfortable bed, and the room was lovely and warm. The room size was good although the bathroom was quite small. Location was good as we wanted to be near the train station. The reception was very welcoming and informative. Breakfast was available at an extra cost of 15 euros per person which we didn't have, but it did look nice.

Bathtub & shower wasn't easy to get in & out of. We are tall people and it was a very high bathtub and hard for us to get in and out. No hand rail to hang on to. It's an accident waiting to happen. They need to have walk-in showers. We were in Europe for 6 weeks and this is our least favorite hotel.

Great location & wonderful restaurants nearby. Fabulous boulongerie across the street for coffee and croissants in the morning.

The room had an ant infestation, we told reception. Although there were four people in the room, the staff were reluctant to provide extra mugs and milk for the room, I had to ask several times before I got given extra milk sachets.

Room was very spacious for 4 people, separate toilet and bathroom, location good only few minutes walk to Gare du Lyon

Solid room for an attractive price. No fancy stuff, just a good roof over your head with a nice bed and shower for your weekend trip to Paris. Great location! Bar across the street is always a plus :)

We arrived on the Saturday evening and the receptionist showed a lot of disinterest in us. It felt like we had interrupted him. It wasn’t a great first impression.

The location was great, very close to the metro and all to the restaurants, bars and shops. Well kept and clean.

Hotel interior was nice and it was close to many restaurants and boulangeries. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I also really liked you could access the room via steps (we were on the 2nd floor) as Paris elevators are quite claustrophobic.

Not the fault of the hotel whatsoever as front entrance is right on the street but on our return after 8pm first night there was a rough sleeper outside the hotel . The other thing was the television in the room didn’t work when we tried to get it to work .

The hotel was well located and very easy to find . Was a 10 min Walk from the nearest metro station . The receptionist gave detailed information regarding our room etc and was very welcoming . Wi-Fi was excellent in room and the bed was super comfortable with plenty of sore pillows and a great large spare blanket

Was a lot smaller than I expected for the value we paid.

It was close to the train station we needed early in the morning.

Unfortunately the hotel was being decorated whilst we were there which meant that some areas were closed and there was noise at points.

Fantastic location to explore Paris, short walking distance from 3 metros. Nice area with lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Family room was large, clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning wasn't working and it was quite hot in the room even in October.

Very spacious room for Paris, cosy. Perfect location for Gare de Lyon, lovely area near Marché d'Aligre, conveniently located but a little quieter.
