I would have preferred more pillows and I didn't like the paper cups. The room was quite warm and it was a bit noisy with the window open, so the fan supplied was appreciated.

The hotel is right in the square opposite Gare de Lille, just as the pictures show. The staff were friendly and check in & out was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and clean. The walk in shower was powerful.

The water in the toilet of our room flowed hard; we don't know what other rooms were like. The water in the sink was potable but not very good and we would have appreciated the hotel providing filtered water. We stayed three nights - the price of the first two nights was reasonable, but when we extended, the price of the third night was double - we thought the increase was unjustified.

The hotel is located right in front of the Flandres Station, and the view from the room is beautiful. The room is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is served on the top floor, where the view from the terrace is superb! The patisserie is very good, and the lady who serves is very nice. All the hotel staff is kind and helpful. The internet was fast and the bed was comfortable.

Great location just a few step from the train station. Plenty of restaurants around and Euralille. Easy to walk around. Room was small but comfortable and clean.

The room was tight as was the bathroom, but I was warned offered to see room before checking in and alternative was available, but I opted to keep room and balcony. My choice to keep it, with no pressure. I’m not a fan of these liquid all-in shampoo/soaps, but no big deal.

I stayed one night. The hotel is in an excellent location opposite the Lille Flanders train station and in the centre of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bed was hard. Strange square pillow on single bed. Breakfast quite expensive, more than advertised when booking.

We found the room a bit noisy - even with the window shut - but it was in the middle of town. The room was too small to open our cases fully, except on the bed.

OK size room in an excellent location - literally across the road from the Lille Flandres station - and great value. Comfy bed and a great shower. Really appreciated being able to leave our luggage securely before check in. The view was lovely. Very convenient to explore the old town and only a 10 minute walk to the Eurostar station.

The room was a little small for two people and the bathroom layout wasn't great. It was awkward getting out of the shower as it was so close to the toilet.

Rooms at the front facing the station are very noisy with the windows open or way too hot with them closed. You will definitely need ear plugs or ask for a courtyard facing room. Rooms are small.
