You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomCommunication challenges with staff due to language barrier, took some time to sort check-in due to booking pre-payment. While car park is free for guests, it seems like it might be limited.
Convenient check-in platform, allows for flexibility for check-in hours. Quick and easy check-out procedure too. Free parking available. Quiet and clean hotel. Some restaurants and amenities located nearby. Thankful for the pet friendly policy.

United StatesThe clerk on duty was unfriendly, not helpful and even indifferent. The room was barely large enough for a small child but not for two adults. It was a noticable sewage odor constantly present in a tiny bathroom. Connection to Wi-Fi was overly complicated and required registration with full name, e-mail address, telephone number. After providing all the necessary information a code was supposed to be sent via SMS but it never arrived. The whole registration was repeated twice with the same result - no code was sent as promossed. It was a bad choice to stay in that hotel and I will be avoiding all the B+B Hotels in the future.
A good and strong coffee at breakfast. Possiblity of an access after hours by self check-in. Large and free parking close to the main entrance.

FranceClean to the max, relaxant, no disturbance, very nice team, they are kind and very efficient everyone loves his work, u can find everything you want, macdo need 5 min walking, and 5 min walking to the bus station, u need 17 minutes to the center using the bus an 9 minutes in car. Thomas is the director, he helped us the max, he was so nice with us no words can describes how good he is. If you want a relaxing, good, clean, not expensive, efficient, good stuff, service and an hotel that cares about their clients opinion, u have to visit this hotel!! 😀 I give them 10/10 Thank you for everything ❤ !!
