To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Stunningly hotel in trendy pigalle right across from Montmartre. Easy access to a plethora of trendy restaurants, cafe and night life. Very comfortable bed and an amazing Manager Valerie and staff. My new favorite Parisian hotel. Hotel is brand new and smells wonderful. Very good quality beddings and toiletries (Rituals). Complimentary Kusmi tea and nibbles too. Never a bother from housekeeping who allowed us to sleep in daily in peace and cleaned rooms whilst out.

Newly refurbished so it was so clean i loved it. That was the most important thing. The staff are class. The location was amazing 2 mins to metro if you need metro. We walked to most places.

Artemisia Montmartre offers a stylish boutique style lodging in the Montmartre / Pigalle area of Paris. The hotel is as beautiful as it is clean and safe. While it was far from central Paris, which we thought was nice and enjoyed to be away from, especially during the Olympics, it was also close to some amazing restaurants, the Moulin Rouge, and Sacré Cœur. There are metros close by as well and taxis a plenty. Staff were extremely friendly and there was always at least one person in the main lobby should you need anything.

The owner was very kind and offered to upgrade our room and allowed us to have the use of the room till we had to depart to the airport the next day. The hotel smells wonderful and it feels like a cool fragrant oasis when you enter. The room we had was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in Paris!

AustraliaI stayed here with my 74 year old mother, the location is very close to the Moulin Rouge (plus all the sex shops). Saying this though - we never felt unsafe, and the area was always lively.
The room size was very spacious by Paris standards. Very comfortable beds and all the staff were always so friendly. I loved that we were close to the Metro and also within easy walkable distance to Montmatre area. The hotel is off a side street and not noisy and we had an opening window that looked out to the street.
